The main food was impeccable. Plenty to choose from and the flavours were exquisite. The dessert is where it was let down. I bit into a profiterole and what could only be described as gone off eggy cheese instantly hit me mixed with a powdered texture and revolting aftertaste. My partner went for the Eton mess and found a hair inside of it. Easy to say we both stopped eating immediately and left.

Food tasted lovely but it was slightly uncooked, and when getting dessert the plates were warm. Also need a/c or fans as it was just way to hot to enjoy our meal. Need to get better soft drinks in the refills as it was just flat and didn’t taste nice.

We had a wonderful time last night 02/08/24 my husband and I have never been before and it was a special occasion for husband who's birthday it was as it was his 70th birthday. The service was great the staff are very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is good too it was very busy and noisy it all add to the great atmosphere. Food was fantastic, delicious and plenty of it and hot. There was so much to choose, from British dishes, Chinese food Italian and many other foods starters mains and puddings, you pay one price and can go back as many times as you want as long as you have room in your tummy for it I definitely recommend you visit you will not be disappointed

I was happy with the taste of the food. I didn’t get why we sat and had to go back to get a blue token. This should have been given out the moment we walked in. I understand you wanted 1 serve per person. It was a hassle to go to line up for lobster and only to find that we needed to return to get a blue token and line up again. Put clear signs up to collect blue tokens. I don’t think it works anyway.

It was a birthday treat for my daughter who has always wanted to try sushi. This seemed the perfect choice as there was other meal choices available, especially for my sons whose dietary choices don't veer too far from pizza! I was first struck by the view from outside. It looked so inviting, both sophisticated and casual at the same time, and although I had been told about the variety of foods on offer, I couldn't believe how many types of cuisine and how many dishes there were, much of which I wouldn't get to sample before my stomach told my eyes to look away despite deliberately not eating lunch. I have always wanted to try lobster but declined knowing it would restrict my other meal choices. I never got to sample my favourite - the bespokely cooked steak - and I never got to sample the large choice of deserts either. The staff were very welcoming on arrival so I shall have to try again, only this time I will not eat the day before either!

Normally we enjoy eating here, however after last night's meal 4 out of the 5 of us have spent today with food poisoning symptoms. This has now put me off coming back again. There was also a table nearby playing their own music from a speaker on their table. Soft drinks also flat and tasteless

The food was nice and was worth the money. However, the lack of customer service is concerning. Despite it was peak of Summer, it was super hot in there and crowded and no single air condition or fan. We were also uncomfortable that we needed to leave early. Our small baby was crying bcos the heat was unbearable and they did nothing about it. I would not recommend it during summer. Maybe winter will be better. Need I tell you they also give maximum of 90 mins and after you have to leave. Not worth it at all

Good selection of food but low quality in general. Very unprofessional staff and too expensive for what is offered. The restaurant was almost empty and still too hot inside. Can't even imagine how it would be on a busy day. No A/C? It was my first time and definitely the last.

Slow to clear plates. Food was of poor standard. Soft drinks were tasteless and obviously watered down. Very disappointed. At over £20 per head, it's definitely not good. The 'chocolate fountain ' was so diluted, it was more like a weak hot chocolate!!

There’s so many selections of food and taste good too. But I was surprised by the price increase. It is very expensive. Anyway the whole family l

We ate lunch yesterday, @ a price of £20 per person plus drinks, I think we have been robbed in the daylight. The foods are ok, however, it is lacking of choices for example fish dishes but so many pasta dishes which are not even appetising. The chocolate fountain is diluted, it doesn’t even taste good, the drinks are tasteless more likely more of water taste. The staffs are rude, look miserable and seems like they are not happy with their job. No smiles in their face, don’t want to talk, if they are not happy serving customers they should find a job somewhere else. You know people go to eat in your place happy or with something to celebrate ,customer pays at expensive price, perhaps customers deserves to be enjoy the experience of dining in your restaurant. But all we experienced was unhappy faces of staff and below standard food.
