Food was ok, alright value for money. Biggest bug bear is that they charge adult prices for children by their height regardless of how much they eat or their age. I have a 12 and 8 year old who are both over the height restriction but both eat like mice so it costs me a lot of money considering what they eat

Lovely food ,fast service but not enough drink selection and girls etc were taken every time so had to search for new ones

Food was good as always however was seated near door and as people left (frequently) the door was being left open so had to constantly keep getting up to close door as was mega cold !!! We ended up taking in turns with 2 other tables to close door as staff did not address the problem having being asked numerous times

Upon my visit I was totally overwhelmed with the different varieties of food to choose from and for which was very well presented, and good value for the money Cleanest and staff was excellent, Will definitely booked again very soon.

Spoon World Buffet & Bar is the best buffet restaurant that we have ever experienced. It’s up there with the 5* hotels we have been too and that’s saying something! Food was 10/10. Cleanliness was 10/10. Service from the bar staff and waiters/waitresses was 10/10. Employees on the pancake & teppanyaki stations were rude but that could be down to there origin / culture. However it doesn’t take much. Will be visiting again, maybe in the weekly!

Well what an amazing place, you need to book a week in advance as it gets busy, pay and display car park just around the corner Only go if you are hungry and can eat fast as you only get 90 minutes at your table. You pay for your meal as you enter restaurant, Just under £19 a head, seperate bar for drinks but you can buy a glass for £3 and have bottomless soft drinks. Lots of choices eat as much as you want in 90 minutes. Would definitely recommend and would go again. You won’t be disappointed

Great value for money surprisingly good quality food.

Pre booked dinner for mother in laws birthday and we’re directly shown to our table . Restaurant was very busy but staff were on hand to clear plates and keep everything tidy. Great ad numerous selection of food to suit all palates even the fussy eaters. Had an issue with disruptive table behind us but staff were quick to apologise and offered free drinks for the table which was a lovely gesture . All in all a great buffet for the price paid.

We visited on Saturday evening 16th September 23. The food was beautiful and plenty of choice. Good value for money. My only criticism is that the room was ridiculously hot which made it uncomfortable.

The restaurant is clean, modern and has a large selection of well cooked foods. Staff are attentive and buffet and table areas are always cleaned quickly. I've been going to Spoons for many years and look forward to returning soon.

My son throughly enjoyed his experience at spoons trying lots of new food and desserts.

Food choices were great and it was so nice to have plenty to choose from. Whole family enjoyed it. Pudding section was popular with the kids! Lovely girl called Kayla showed us to our table and was kindly checking in on us threw out our stay. Will definitely be going again.

The young boy at the desk was rude we had booked ,told him we had booked I had phoned up in the day to confirm Asked where we are sitting he said he didn't know very poor customer service ,told another member of safe she just laughed The table was no even set up properly Food was nice but lack of atmosphere and customer service was really dissatisfied ,it my be a buffet but you still need a form of customer service
