First visit for Sunday lunch with a friend and we were not disappointed. The pub is comfortable, warm and inviting. Plenty of choice on the menu and all staff were friendly and helpful. We both went for the roast beef and it was one of the best Sunday dinners I’ve ever had. Will return soon as this pub is a little gem.
White Lion at Alvanley – FrodshamWe enjoyed an 11 year olds birthday for a group of 8. Good choice of delicious food which was very reasonably priced. Service was excellent, they looked after the birthday cake which we brought with us and presented it to the table as requested The atmosphere was enhances by the log fire. Excellent value for money
