Took our grandchildren there for lunch, they, like us were very happy by the variety on the menu and the food was excellent> Cost wise was good and all enjoyed the meals we got.

Very busy due to school holidays, good took quite a time to come out, good was hot and well cooked. But dismayed at seeing a member of kitchen staff serve some good to a table wearing an outside gilet, a flat cap, no gloves and no apron, environmental health would not want to see that in a good area, needs to wear correct clothing.

Visited Verdes for a Valentines weekend Sunday lunch. Had a nice table overlooking the pond. Service and food was superb. We will be back!

Excellent as usual. Great atmosphere, best choice of drinks and lovely food. We had the deli and cheese platter but the staff were happy to swap some items. Never hesitate to eat and drink here, you won’t be disappointed

Great food, great service, great atmosphere

I always enjoy visiting Bees — the atmosphere is wonderful and the food is consistently excellent. I run a British Sign Language class next door at Primrose Gardens, and during our break yesterday, eleven of my learners popped in for breakfast. We’d pre‑ordered before the class started, and everything arrived promptly. We all really enjoyed our food and drinks. For many of the learners, it was their first time at Bees, and they were full of compliments about the quirky décor and the quality of the food. Several of them said they’ll be coming back in their own time, and they’d love to do the same again during our next Saturday class. Thank you for being so efficient and accommodating within the time constraints — it was very much appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic place , the afternoon tea was outstanding and the staff are amazing.

As always food was excellent as were the staff, portions were more than enough and there are good offers on before the evening rush.

Had a fabulous meal out with family. It was their first visit to verdes and it didn’t disappoint! All the staff were brilliant so attentive never had to wait long for food or drinks! All the food was on point absolutely delicious! They looked after us so well. Thank you always the best!

Warm welcome and nice atmosphere. Pizza delicious as usual with a wide range of desserts. We will be going back.
