We had a lovely day last Thursday. The weather was perfect , as was the setting. Our lunch was beautifully cooked too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.

My friend and I had the two course lunch and it was absolutely wonderful. So tasty , beautifully presented and well worth a visit. It was busy when we went and we did have to wait a while to be served but we just enjoyed the views while we waited. Can't wait to go again.

A rare treat to have a 100% veggie/ vegan place to eat that’s in a beautiful setting, no city centre driving and parking required! The views are stunning, making it all feel relaxing. The food is always excellent, we had mushroom wellington and vegan fish and chips. Would love Whins to open in the evenings.

Lovely setting, nice atmosphere & fantastic views. The food was delicious, hot and obviously home made to order. Staff were polite & looked after us really well. Highly recommended

Myself, my husband and son came for an early lunch on a Saturday afternoon. There was a lovely selection on the menu. The food was delicious. Service was fab. We are looking forward to our next visit already

Fabulous place. Plenty of vegan options and food taste great. I had shared Nachos - the chilli is so yummy, I could have eaten a bowl of that just on its own. We then had cakes........I will be going back often for coffee and cake!!! Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place, it felt a real treat.

Was greeted and seated and given menus straight away. Staff were very young, very polite and worked hard. Most of the food was delicious but the chicken sorentino was a little dry and didn’t have enough tomato sauce with it, so was a little disappointing. However the starter of smoked salmon and prawns was a delight. Wish they hadn’t removed scampi Spumanti from the menu as that was my favourite. It was very busy but our service was good with the exception of not being asked if we wanted desserts. Overall very enjoyable.

The lady working on Wednesday lunch time was super bubbly and friendly. Food amazing as always!

The food here is fabulous, much appreciation to the chef. The views and setting are lovely, will definitely return.

Fabulous meal on Monday, great value. Garlic bread is sublime and my favourite Mozzarella Verdes was brilliant. We had our favourite lasagne for main course as we’ve missed going to Verdes for so long, it didn’t disappoint. Great to be back at Verdes after so long.

We, as a family, have been going to Papas for as long as it’s been open. However, on this occasion some of us were disappointed as we felt the food was not up to normal standards.

Came for my daughter's birthday, we love it here as the food is amazing, the setting is beautiful and the staff attentive. On arrival, everything set out safely which was good and made us feel very safe. Gave our name but the booking clearly wasn't there which I'd made online. All food was fantastic, we all really enjoyed what we ordered, however service was lacking. We didn't get a drink we ordered, the cutlery was dirty. After our mains we asked for a desert menu which never came. We then asked for the bill which took 20 min to arrive. The restaurant was not busy so no excuse. And no fuss made for our daughter which has always been the case on previous visits. We will be back as the food is lovely, just need to sort out the service.

Beautiful food and surroundings . Friendly staff . Loved sitting outside with the dog , they even brought a water bowl for her as it was so hot .

I love everything they serve at Whins. It’s all made with such passion and the tastes are incredible. I’d come here every night for tea if I could!
