My second visit to the restaurant within a week; this time with a group of ten friends celebrating a retirement. I am just as impressed as before! Everyone has expressed their enjoyment of the evening, the delicious food & the excellent service. Thank you once again for a wonderful evening.

Excellent food and service. Good range in the menu with the specials changing fortnightly based on availability. One minor thing, I like a fork and spoon to eat dessert.

I met my wife here on our first official date 25 years ago. Then, on her 50th birthday I took her here again and it was a lovely meal. The venue is much nicer now than it was back in the day. A good choice of food was available and the staff were prompt, friendly and very helpful so we were very happy. The food was also well priced and parking opposite it made the trip up from Ipswich well worth it. Thanks again!

My wife and I regularly enjoy brunch , and sometimes lunch, at the Barn Cafe. Yesterday we treated our daughter and son in law to brunch. It’s a popular and invariably busy venue but, as ever, the the food quality, atmosphere and the friendly, efficient and hard working staff combine to make the whole experience enjoyable and great value for money.

Delicious food, lovely environment and attentive engaging staff … what’s not to love! That’s why I come here often - never been disappointed yet.

Three of us enjoyed our tasty bowls of Salad Nicoise yesterday. I had a nice strong coffee after and only one guest could manage a pudding, which she enjoyed very much too. Always good food, service and high standards of cleanliness. Actually I have never had a disappointing meal at the Barn! And afterwards it is always a pleasure to mooch around the shop.

When planning where to go for lunch with 2 friends who were visiting for the day, I immediately thought of ‘The Barn Garden Centre Café’. Super service, a delicious lunch (with cake) and lovely surroundings. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Great food and service from our go to special occasion restaurant. We both had the chicken supreme with chorizo it was lovely. We will be back again soon.

We enjoyed the recent Indian taster menu. Every course was delicious & well presented. Just not so sure about the smoky aubergine purée! I was pleased to discover there was the option to choose from the vegetarian menu too. The Blue Anchor is my favourite restaurant for ambience, good service & great food. Thank you for an enjoyable evening.

The food here is always tasty and beautifully prepared and all the staff are friendly too. The atmosphere makes it a wonderful place to catch up with friends and enjoy shopping in the attached nursery afterwards.

Lovely place and setting to come to for a meeting with friends and then be able to do a little shopping after in the amazing garden centre.

Had a lovely lunch , sitting outside, undercover . We weren’t rushed at all, the staff who served us were really pleasant especially a young man who joked with us. The food was delicious too .

We had lunch here as it was our wedding anniversary and we first met here over thirty years ago. It’s changed a bit but the guys were still as friendly and the food was lovely, they made a great effort that was very much appreciated. Many thanks
