If you are visiting the Penzance/Carbis Bay/St Ives area a visit to this place is an ABSOLUTE must! The food is superb, the portions are massive and the desserts are to die for! We've been loads of times and never, ever fail to make at least one trip whenever we are in Cornwall. Their farm shop is also very good - packed with lots and lots of tasty, home produced food.

Another superb and perfect meal at The Greenhouse. Everything served in the restaurant is local and bursting with flavour. Five of us chose different dishes for each course and each was exquisite. Neil is wonderfully professional, friendly and calm at front of house while Leonie works magic in the kitchen. Booking is advisable but you might just be lucky if a table is turned early. A must for any trip to the area.

The poor quality food is only beaten by the staff attitude. To be fair when our waitress was fine, but when we complained to the 'manager' he couldn't care less. Would not reconmend to anyone.

What a fantastic place to sit an watch the sun go down. As a party of 6 we spent two very happy evenings here. and were lucky to watch the Dolphins swim across the bay just great.

There's no doubt that the food at Tabb's is good. I would take issue with the claim of a weekly changing menu though. We went for an evening meal in April and again in July and encountered exactly the same menu on both occasions. Given that it's not exactly a long menu I won't be going again in a hurry. I do like a bit of variety.

Terrible, unfriendly service, mediocre food, altogether a very unwelcoming and horrible experience. We went with small children and felt as if they wanted us to leave as soon as we arrived.

Never eat here! I never thought it was possible to get service as bad as we had at Indigo Bay Restaurant at the Bedruthan. The food was nice, but it was the worst dining experience I have ever had. Definitely NOT worth it.

We take our motorhome to St. Ives every Spring and the first place we visit is Peppers. Really wish this eating place was here in Yorkshire it would be part of our weekly menu. Great food at even better prices. Well Done to your team they are dedicated to ensuring you leave happy.

I have visited this lovely restaurant many times now and each time it is just fab. Very personal service, very nice grown up place which is intimate as it is small but has a lovely atmosphere too. Good to visit for a special occasion or just to spoil yourself, though it isn't expensive for the quality - the food is freshly prepared and of excellent quality. I am always made to feel welcome and they will adjust the menu or offer other items if there is dietary or nothing on the menu that appeals. (for example)

For high quality home produced food and desserts to die for then this is THE place to dine. The meals are large, superbly presented, very pleasant staff. This one restaurant you would not wish to miss and it has a fabulous farm shop. This is the real business.

We absolutely love the Rajpoot! Their food is excellent and the service is excellent too. I had a delicious chicken korma and a prawn puree - yum, yum!!

We have been regular visitors of this establishment for many years. We visited in June 2011 and were disappointed that they had taken Eggs Benedict off the menu - this was by far THE best EB we had ever had - so a little disappointed! On the morning we arrived the chap serving was on his own apart from the kitchen staff. He did a sterling job, and anyway, who cares about having to wait a bit if you're told about it and are kept informed? Also, the view over the harbour from the restaurant compensated! HOWEVER, we visited again on a second occasion, and found the atmosphere to be considerably different to that on our first visit. There was an Asian lady who was simply barking orders at everyone and running round like a Tazmanian Devil! Although we weren't being rushed, we felt as though we should be!! Would I go back again - yes, I would - the food is very good.

Me and my husband visited this Inn on Monday 27th June 2011. We had a very warm welcome. I had THE most moist chocolate brownie I have EVER had. Home made and WOW it showed! I had a perfect pot of Early Grey tea and sat outside in the garden overlooking the spectacular view that is St Michael's Mount. I would recommend anyone to stop here for a bite to eat. I will most certainly return on my next visit to Cornwall!

Godolphin Arms – Marazion

This is a lovely Olde Worlde restaurant! The interior hasn't change for decades! It is very atmospheric. The service is very good, and is sometimes OTT!! But then again, I'd rather have OTT to apathy anytime! I had a delicious portion of home made pate to start with and sole with a crab and prawn cream sauce. The only downside was that I ordered the sticky toffee pudding and found it to be a pre-prepared cheap pudding that I'd had previously in a local greasy spoon - but that was the only disappointment!

Hobblers – St Ives

This is one of the best fish and chip shops (with a restaurant attached) in Cornwall! The staff are very attentive, the portions are huge and if you eat in the restaurant their desserts are to die for!
