The Gallery Restaurant at the Hotel Rembrandt – WeymouthWent with a big group of us from EMA! Fabulous atmosphere and customer service! Great for the team to enjoy!
Tabby Terrace – DorchesterVisiting Bridport for a short break & found Olive Tree via the internet. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals which were excellent & would happily return!!
Olive Tree – BridportA very enjoyable two night stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Sunday Carvery was absolutely delicious with the most tender rare roast beef and accompaniments. The portions were generous and excellent value. The A La Carte menu provided a varied selection. The baby calamari starter was stunning, followed by very generous and delicious mains of gammon and King Prawn linguini. The Chef produced some truly delicious food served by friendly and efficient staff. they’ve asked for a review of the rebrand so that’s what I’ve written.
The Gallery Restaurant at the Hotel Rembrandt – WeymouthOf the many good restaurants in the area, this is one of the very best. The menu is well thought out and there is a good choice. If you like fish , you are in for a treat. The Moroccan prawns are exceptional and would not be out of place in any restaurant whose chef has Michelin stars, but of course without the price tag. The staff are very welcoming and make it a great place to eat.
Olive Tree – BridportWe went to the cat cafe yesterday as a early birthday present for my mum who loves cats and I was so impressed with how well the cats are treated and loved the drinks was reasonably priced and the staff are so lovely we really enjoyed our time there and we will definitely be back
Tabby Terrace – DorchesterCame here with my boyfriend after a swim in the pool and we were served by lovely waiters and waitresses and the food was absolutely stunning. They couldn’t do any more for us. They were lovely people Absolutely delicious food I would recommend it to anybody. The price wasn’t expensive either just under £15.
The Gallery Restaurant at the Hotel Rembrandt – WeymouthLovely food, staff and private room upstairs for my birthday. The Spectacular was just that and rest of our meals equally good. Even has one of our favourite wines as House special! Will be back...
Olive Tree – BridportWe visit the Bridport area in early January every year & it's a must to visit the Olive Tree. This year there were 6 of us - 4 adults and 2 young children. We were looked after so well & the food superb as always. The Moroccan Prawns were a big hit for starters as well as the belly pork. My seabass with lemon butter sauce was absolutely delicious. The beef Bourguignon was rich & full of flavour as was the carbonara & duck linguine. The children shared a homemade pizza & loved it. We all had 3 courses as perfectly priced for a lunch menu. The restaurant staff are so welcoming & the food never disappoints! We won't be waiting till next January for a visit! 5* all the way
Olive Tree – BridportWas in Weymouth for the weekend and tried here. Food was amazing! Could not fault a single dish. Food arrived promptly. Would highly recommend.
Ming Wah Restaurant – WeymouthWe have eaten here several times this year food is always fresh and hot and the service are always supperb, this is why keep going back .
Dolce Vita – PooleLovely evening. Food was very good Restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and the staff were amazing
The Gallery Restaurant at the Hotel Rembrandt – WeymouthDiscovered this delightful restaurant after almost giving up hope of finding anywhere other than a coffee shop or pub for lunch one Saturday whilst exploring the antique market. Although we hadn’t booked they found space for us. We enjoyed the food and have subsequently become regular customers. My partner is always impressed by the fabulous Sea food linguine - packed with a tremendous amount of various fish and shellfish fish. A dish definitely worthy of it’s name. I can vouch for the richness and quality taste of the Carbonara, the egg yolk in a shell on the top is an excellent detail. We have both enjoyed other fish dishes there and the Moroccan Prawns are a favourite starter. Fancy coloured plates or arty food arrangements are not what this restaurant is about. In essence, it is about quality food fresh simply cooked, packed with flavour. The lunchtime 3 courses for £30 a definite bargain. Definitely worth driving to, plus there is a car park just across the street. Top tip: book to be assured a table.
Olive Tree – Bridportmeal was very nice but I found the price a bit ott
Ming Wah Restaurant – WeymouthWas such an amazing time, the staff was also lovely, very clean and lots of choice to sit, drink and eat.
Tabby Terrace – DorchesterI love the Sunday carvery, the medium rare beef is simply to die for. Sides are very good with great variety of potatoes, broccoli gratin, red cabbage, parsnips etc... It lacks a bit of atmosphere but great value for money.
The Gallery Restaurant at the Hotel Rembrandt – WeymouthSunday Carvery served from 12pm-9pm. Large selection of meats, trimmings and vegetables plus fish and vegetarian options. Adults, £18.50; Children, £12.
