We visit the barn often always great food and service

We had a lovely lunch, sitting outside, the restaurant itself was very clean, well thought out and the staff were excellent, friendly, polite and prompt. The food was also delicious. We look forward to coming back!

Very disappointed have sent an email waiting on reply. Steak was chewy and fatty mushrooms greasy definitely not worth the money I ordered a cocktail and for £6.95 so I would of liked my glass full which it wasn't. Service was not good didn't get asked if our meal was ok or if we wanted another drink. Waited 30 mins for our food I could of understood if they were busy but 4 tables that's it.

Another good visit with fabulous food as always.

Great glad we booked it was very busy staff polite efficient and friendly food was very tastey and filling lovely cup of tea clean plants looked very healthy tpilets clean and well maintained recomend you go nice atmopher

Lovely outside seating area. Great service, food came quickly and good to have some interesting vegetarian options rather than just a cheese sandwich!

I always enjoy going to the Barn and have to stop myself spending too much money! The plants are wonderful. Lunch was good (although my vegetable tart, a little on the dry side). The atmosphere in the cafe is friendly and relaxing and the service was excellent.

The food was amazing and we will be back next month for more....5 stars......

Lunch menu was limited but what we had was delicious Staff seemed stressed and weren’t around to tell us how everything worked We had to wave to get attention We were told a board had the day’s specials on but it didn’t materialise and staff member didn’t come back to explain why. I have been previously before COVID so knew this wasn’t normal standards but friends with me hadn’t and didn’t seem impressed

Came to the restaurant not knowing what to expect. Booked Grummpy's as they offer a wide selection of Gluten Free items, my wife is Ceoliac. We were not dissapointed. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and the service was quick. The food was outstanding, tasty and very well presented. There was nothing I could fault and we will most definetley be back. It was also a great touch to have old movies playing in the background.

Superb breakfast, great service, local produce that was delicious. Very impressed
