Grumpy’s is a great restaurant for both kids and adults. The service is excellent and food is tasty and well presented. The kids mentioned that The Burger and Ribs are better than TGI’s, if that not a recommendation I don’t know what is. It’s great value for money too. Give it a try.

Lovely table by the log fire ! Waitress was really lovely and took time to fuss our 2 dogs as well !! 2 course roast dinner for 2 adults and a 13 year old and 2 roast dinners for our dogs including drinks £90 !! Unbelievable value !

Had the beef sirloin roast on Sunday, a beautiful meal, loads of vegetables, roast potatoes to die for, plenty of gravy and a large Yorkshire pudding. What’s not to lije, highly recommended

Booked it for my sister's birthday. I've been here a few times, years ago and the food was good then. So we were really looking forward to the day, unfortunately the food was a big let down. No taste, stale and just overall a big disappointment. And definitely overpriced!

Been to the pub for drinking on numerous occasions. Thought we would try the food and wasn’t disappointed, the Sunday roast was great. Plenty of food and the service was good.

Delicious food, fab cocktails and service was spot on, very friendly. Lovely cosy restaurant, we sat by the fireplace which was just lush!

Food was not bad, in saying that not enough choice on the menu, should do more Pub traditional dishes.

I love the cafe but the choices don’t always suit what I want for a light lunch. I would enjoy sandwiches, panini, baked potatoes rather than the larger lunches. Thank you the food is good though
