Lovely Easter Sunday lunch. Very helpful staff on the phone before our booking i called twice 1st to add two extra then again moved us from outside to indoors due to the cold weather. We had a mix of Lamb roasts & veggie roasts. All of it was deliciously Lovely staff & dog friendly. Definitely be back x
The Carriers Inn – FrodshamThis was our first visit and was very impressed with the whole experience, being lunch time on Easter Sunday thinking that we’d get caught up in traffic and arrived an hour early for our booking and was told that our table was ready and could sit down. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout , the food was beautifully cooked and plentiful but the best bit - it was piping hot. We will definitely be coming back and can not rate it highly enough.

We cannot praise the them enough, the whole team could not have made our evening any better, we will be going again soon and wholeheartedly recommend it the food was superb.

The Carriers Inn – FrodshamOur first visit for a number of years and it was very enjoyable. Very good food with an excellent choice on the menu. We were greeted and served by friendly and efficient staff. Restaurant was quiet but it was a damp Thursday night. We used to visit this pub regularly a number of years ago but it lost its way due to numerous changes of owners. Very glad to see it back on form and I will certainly be back soon.

The Carriers Inn – FrodshamI visited late afternoon on a Thursday, the staff were welcoming and friendly. They were happy to host 4 adults, a 4 month baby and a large muddy dog. We ennjoyed the setting and the staff were friendly. I'd like to go back in the summer months as the beer garden looked fab. One of the adults needs to avoid dairy and soya which can be very challenging and unclear in many pub locations - not here. We were presented with a binder full of laminated pages detailing the allergy information for every item on the menu. Easy peasy.... I wish more places did this. Thank you. Oh and the food was deliciious!

We both enjoy a pint and as there is always a great selection of perfectly kept brews we are never disappointed. The whole team are taking the current guidelines very seriously so we always feel as safe as we can in these strange times

I was really impressed with what they had done. Food as always was excellent and very tasty. Service was also very good. I would recommend any one to visit. They will not be disappointed

We had a table for four in the bar area but it was all very well organised with table service for drinkers and diners. We will certainly return.

Helter Skelter – FrodshamWe went for Sunday lunch to Helter Skelter on 6th September with 2 family members. Given the Coronavirus restrictions we hadn’t expected too much in relation to ambiance and quality, but from the start it was excellent. Entry was covered with all the recommendations for safety, including sanatising systems and plastic covering on the walls as you enter. One way systems in place and shown to the table by staff. Social distancing and excellent cleaning as you leave. Food was excellent, from Sunday roast to Sea Bass. Dessert menu was shorter than usual, but we all had something different and all was so good. Already planning the next visit with friends.

Helter Skelter – FrodshamGreat food! Felt there was a fantastic selection on the menu and all our meals tasted fresh and tasty. Well cooked & presented. In terms of covid friendly it was excellent. Easy online booking system, social distancing was observed well and toilets were clean with obvious attention to sanitisation so very little needed to be touched. Would recommend! There are very few cafe/bar/pubs in the area that do food well!

Find very accommodating when requesting changes to dishes for dietary reasons (e.g. no potatoes so extra large portion of vegetables served). Covid precautions good, well spaced tables, plastic screens, table service, sanitisers etc. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
