However staff busy chatting to one another and not paying attention to customers-had to shout to attract staff and go to the counter after a long wait! And as is usual today, staff do not LISTEN and bring the wrong order!
Thyme – PoultonWhat a wonderful find last Sunday 22 January. We walked into The Shables cafe and loved the ambiance and decor straight away and we were made welcome. The music was great, not loud, lovely modern decor and spotlessly clean. Lots of choice on the menus. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and our first visit. Amelia, our waitress was such a lovely, polite but friendly girl, she gave us excellent service. I would highly recommend a visit. We have found our new favourite eatery in Lytham. Thank you.
Shambles – LythamPerfect for celebration or just a treat. Food was delicious & wonderful service & atmosphere. We went for a tour of the hall also which was incredibly interesting. There were so many things to see that I will definitely go again. Perfect afternoon out.

The Clifton Arms At Warton – FreckletonWent for a Georgian Silver Afternoon Tea yesterday (19/1/24) and it was delicious. Beautifully served selection of sandwiches, wraps, crisps, a selection of desserts including warm apple crumble and warm sticky toffee pudding and all followed by warm scones with jam and cream. The teapot was never empty .. it was fabulous and we would recommend this to all friends and family .. had a wonderful time.
