Buraq – KirkhamWe used to visit this Restaurant on a regular basis but haven't been for some time. As my stepdaughter and her boyfriend were home from Dubai we decided to take them there for Dinner . My stepdaughter is gluten and lactose intolerant and allergic to mushrooms and usually struggles to find dishes she can have . The Buraq were so accommodating and she was amazed to find that almost the whole menu was available in a gluten free version . All of our dishes were incredibly tasty and the friendliness of the staff and level of service was second to none . Having not been previously for some time I had forgotten what an excellent Restaurant this is . It certainly won't be long before we return next time.
Buraq – KirkhamI’m not the greatest fan of Sunday Lunch generally as it tends to be a bit of a bunfight rather than a relaxing way to bring the weekend to a close. This was very different and I may even be a convert! The White Tower has great views out over Blackpool promenade, an upmarket feel, plenty of space between the tables, very good staff, chilled music and was really good value too, just £19.95 for two courses. I had the Broccoli and Stilton soup to start and Roast Beef with Yorkshires for the main course. Across the table the Ham hock in mustard sauce got rave reviews. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.
The White Tower Restaurant – BlackpoolHad a lovely meal the other evening @ cartford.we were just after an nice easy early tea, good food, good atmosphere.because we were quite early, the guy said the window tables were booked from a certain time but he could fit us in if we fancied a nice view.good start. i had rib-eye and the mrs had fish pie.both were perfect, although the fish pie just tipped the steak.the service was good and friendly.nice clientelle in there.pleasantly reasonable prices, although we didn't have a great deal to drink but we certainly felt good value for money. overall, very pleasurable experience
Cartford Inn – Great EcclestonI used your fish restaurant to night and was shocked whut was past off as a potion of large fish I have used this on and off in the past and never had a problem . I ordered a large fish ,two slices of bread & tea . The fish cam in two pieces ,the two together did not make up a normal potion For this I was charge £7.40 this was what I would've expected if the portion was honest I use fish restaurant a lot and I always just have the fish I don't have chips This is the first time I felt I needed to say something about whut I was served up Pity but I will not be back X fisherman and pensioner
Dansons – FleetwoodSunday dinner was an excellent selection of good quality lamb , potatoes and vegetables cooked and presented excellently. A great selection of fresh cakes and sweets were also available for dessert. Service was very friendly and efficient. The dining area in the Atrium was bright and spacious with views across the nearby golf course and fields with the added option of sitting on the outside terrace. My 83 yr old mother found no difficulty moving around with her 3 wheel trolley. A very pleasant dining experience indeed.
Staining Lodge Golf Course and Glass House – BlackpoolFantastic, fresh tapas at a very reasonable price. Lovely staff! Will definitely be back!!
Salud Tapas – BlackpoolThere was four if us in our party having three different meals they were all absolutely lovely. The flavours were just perfect for all our tastes. We can't wait to go back again.
The Lemon Tree Indian Restaurant – Poulton-Le-FyldeWe had booked a table for 5.30pm and were only served our food after 7pm! Utterly shocking service. Admittedly this was one of the lytham festival nights however, the pub clearly couldn’t cope with the volume of customers and should have planned for this. We were not kept informed of any delays and after asking we were told they had all their staff working and they were going as fast as they could but to have to wait for an hour and half after ordering is not acceptable. They had clearly overbooked. The food came one plate at time which slowed things down even more and was only ok, nothing to shout about. We did get a free round of drinks and cash back for the inconvenience however this didn’t make up for being delayed for the rest of our plans before the main event. We will not be returning.
Station Pub and Grill – LythamDelicious food but service was awful. We booked a table before going to lytham festival. When we ordered we were told food would be 45 mins. It actually took 90 mins! Staff apologised and gave us partial refund . However we rushed our meal within 5 mins which spoilt the experience. On busy weekends they need to limit the menu and be honest about wait time. If we had known we would not have ordered food and got take away elsewhere instead
Station Pub and Grill – LythamEnjoyed our evening at Salud with friends. Having been before we were expecting great food, atmosphere and service. We were not disappointed, the food was excellent, timely and served by extremely friendly efficient staff.
Salud Tapas – BlackpoolThe meal was fantastic we all enjoyed it Dissappointed that we had to ask for more drinks There was a large party next to us that were very loud & we could not talk to each other over them The staff were to busy with them to worry about our needs all the attention was focus on them Their business was more important to the staff than ours so hence we were over looked & left go get in with it basically We were not even offered the usual complimentary drink Would not book again Shame because the meal was very nice
Buraq – KirkhamWhat a great place! Delicious food, reasonable prices, so many great deals! The outdoor area is perfect for summer. Tucked away just 2 mins down the road from Lytham center, you can go for a meal out with the family, brunch with friends and watch live music! Highly recommend!
Station Pub and Grill – LythamThe meze is to die for. This place is a proper hidden gem. Not one thing it wasn't very tasty. We were in a party of four and there wasn't one thing that nobody liked.
Go Greek – BlackpoolFood was excellent, staff are very attentive and helpful, especially with an indecisive 20yr old daughter. Will definitely be going back although the only negative was I did have to wait a while for my last beer which didn't actually arrive, we just paid and left after a couple of chase ups with different staff.
The Lemon Tree Indian Restaurant – Poulton-Le-FyldeExcellent lunch at Central Beach Lytham. We chose it as its lovely and it allows dogs. I had a very tasty cottage pie and my son a sandwich and a cake. A recommended cafe!
Central Beach – LythamAbsolutely fantastic place...food atmosphere service location...and pet friendly...the live band were excellent....worth a few visits..
