Three Knott End – Knott End-On-SeaI went with friends for a birthday treat. I have been several times over the last few years but feel that it has definitely lost its spark. The food was good although could have been better. The service is what let the evening down. The staff are polite but quite sullen. We were not asked if we wanted desert. Two desert menus and a specials blackboard were put on the table with no explanation. Disappointing to say the least.
Margherita – St. Annes-On-SeaTo be honest I wasn't aware of this pub at all. I knew it existed but not that it was like it is now. Saw it on this site and was impressed with the images and menu. Top draw all round, will definitely return.
Farmers Arms – Great EcclestonThank you to 'Angela' at Cafe on the pier, for allowing our school children to put up their anti-litter posters in your cafe. The complementary ice creams you gave to the children were delicious! From St. Cuthberts Primary, Darwen.
Cafe On The Pier – St. Annes-On-Seawonderful service and quality food. The service was seamless, the food delicious. We will be back!
Fantastic food every time we go. Last week went with work mates, we had fillet steaks and sea bass, stunning. Tonight quick tea with hubby, amazing pasta dishes, service is always great. Thanks Nunzio, Riccardo and Nino....
This is the place to eat in Blackpool! Great for seafood and steaks and the owner is a character who will look after you. Well worth a trip to Blackpool for Nunzio's.
Dined at Spago in Lytham over the weekend. The food was good, the service was good, however the booths had terrible leg room. So I will make sure I am seated on the other side of the room if I return.
Spago Lytham – LythamWhat a transformation. Harry Ramsdens Blackpool has had £750,000 refurbsihment and you can tell!. Very upmarket look and feel for a chippie! Very impressed and will return.
Harry Ramsdens – BlackpoolDisappointed to say the least, 2 cocktails that was £16 and was almost all ice, asked for the staters and they arrived with the main course, 2 burgers that was advertised on line was nothing like the pictures, the fries were crisps!! What a load of crap, if there crisps there crisps! Say so not fries! Will never go back unless the company offer me a discount, and that applies to henrys too
Drunk Buffalo Club – LythamFantastic food, friendly service and reasonable priced, husband loved the big breakfast with the free coffee and refill. We will call again. :)
Mamas Kitchen – BlackpoolGreat value , had mine delivered and certainly did the trick for me. Would def recommend.
Mamas Kitchen – BlackpoolWent to the Outside inn last night for a family members 80 birthday, what a disappointment we thought there was a waiting time for food between 30 and 40 mins it turned out to be nearly 2 hrs .When it did arrive it was cold. there wasn't a lot of choice for vegetarians either so I had the cheese and leek tart which wasn't bad but the chips where cold and not a lot of them with a small amount of salad,i sent the meal back because it was cold, my grandson had the mega childs meal when that came I would hate to see the normal 1 there was hardly anything on it in fact I asked them to put a bit more spaghetti on if there was a teaspoon on I would be surprised. He left most of it because it was over cooked. The lady who's birthday it was wasn't impressed her meal her husband's and another guest didn't enjoy the meal. We definitely won't be going back there.
Plum Tree Farm – BlackpoolVery well appointed but disappointing service. Went in at 4.45 for an early meal, told that meal service did not begin till 5.00. At 5.00, told sorry not till 5.30, then took to after 6.00 to be served. Still waiting for the parmesan that was requested with Risotto. No side dish for emptied shells and broken shells in Seafood linguine sauce. Complaint to Manager was treated with indifference. Lytham local who won't be going back!!!
Spago Lytham – LythamBeen in twice already. love it. It's really busy but I guess that will die down and you can get a table! :)
Spago Lytham – LythamWhat a find. Great pizzas, Will definitely return!
Pulci Pizza – Poulton-Le-FyldeReally bad customer service, waited 35 minutes for my food and then when it came it had two hairs in. Sent it back and when they brought a new one after 20 minutes, it was a tiny portion without the peppercorn sauce.
Red Lion Beefeater Restaurant and Pub – BisphamGenerally love the food! However had a few issues ordering for them to deliver as a few time issues with incorrect sandwiches and on different bread ect. When I have rang to advise the lady has been rude and abrupt with me and said "thanks for the feed back" In an extremely sarcastic tone! They have not barred me from ordering? so the general consensus seems to be your feed back isn't taken on board and your certainly not entitled to give any if it isn't 100 positive! Recently my friend who owns a hair salon has been barred from ordering to after giving her feedback very politely but asking if anything can be done for the issues they have had. BEWARE!
