I agree the food is always good, however - if you order a take away please check your order is correct when collecting/taking delivery as on more than one occasion foods we have ordered and PAID FOR have been missing from our order!
Gemma Indian Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaWe visited this place on a family celebration, my husband, myself and our four children. Despite being the first to arrived we were seated way at the back near the kitchens and the toilets (presumably because we had young children?) We likened it to eating in a dingy basement. IF THEY EVER TRY TO SEAT YOU THERE, FIND ELSEWHERE TO EAT! The food was good and fairly priced, the wine was expensive for the quality and the staff moody and uninterested. I want to give the place the benefit of the doubt but can't help feeling sad that we wasted our precious time together there. 4/10
Margherita – St. Annes-On-SeaUmmm?! I have not been here for at least a year and was excited to revisit last night. The place has certainly moved on. The new menu has lost its variety and excitement. The food is okay, but I remember it being outstanding. The service and welcome is impeccable, but the new decor feels cool and less cosy. It's a shame.

Newton Arms, The – BlackpoolI go to Jean's Pantry regularly, usually once a week but sometimes it can be more. Lovely atmosphere and it feels really friendly. In going so often, you get to know one another and it feels like you're a member of the family.

Ricos Italian Restaurant – Poulton-Le-FyldeWe called again last saturday. as my husband is not a fan of banquets we had a starter each and three main courses plus rice and decided to partake of a bottle of wine as well. i have to say that although we always enjoy our food there, this evening was our best ever. the staff cannt be more helpful or obliging and they are very friendly. this will be our local chinese when we move here in the next couple of years.
Oriental Village – BisphamVisited the Atrium last night with family for my wife's birthday. There was a new menu in place and so we were excited to try the new dishes, and we were not disappointed! We tried the scotch egg starter and peppered beef carpaccio which were both excellent. We all had different mains, my rib eye was good and the burger looked excellent! Can also reccomend the chicken, past, curry and the kids meals were both totally polished off! The kids meal deal is excellent value including a drink and ice cream for just £6.50! All round a good meal and good service, just wish I hadn't been driving!!
Dalmeny Hotel – St. Annes-On-SeaI had takeout from The Raj, the portions where very large and they gave us extra food!. I imagine this is because we are new customers. I usually dont like take away curry because its always sloppy, greasy and swimming in oil. However I was pleasantly suprised with this one. The sauce was thick and the chicken tender. The rice was also fresh and fluffy. My only gripe was I could have used a little more spice in my Balti (but this is personal preference). All in all I enjoyed the curry and would order from here again.
The Raj – FreckletonMusic good if they bother setting it up , which they do if folk complain enough . Staff go outside for a smoke rather than making sure music is ok ! But Toilets are disgusting. Camping they charge per person rather than per van.

All this excellent food & lovely friendly hosts who had time to chat & make our little dog maisie welcome . Can highly recommend this delightful eating place plenty of warmth given on a cold day
