Mamas Kitchen – BlackpoolMade our second visit to Red Rose last night. Excellent , friendly & professional service coupled with the best curries for miles. Guarantee we'll be regulars. The food tastes fresh, the portions are generous & if you want a variation from the menu they're happy to oblige. This is seriously good food & we are very happy to recommend it.
Red Rose Indian Restaurant – KirkhamHaving placed a review on Trip Advisor previous regarding The Station Tavern in Lytham I feel compelled to post an update!!! Easter Bank Holiday Friday on a very very sunny day and Lytham was a wash with day trippers and locals being visited by family & friends a like. I decided that following a dog walk our choice would be the Tavern and I have to say the plac...e is growing and growing into a wonderful venue with very very good food ~ great wines and ales and above all I have to again comment on the professional staff ~ their attention to detail and customer service. With a packed restaurant inside and others with bar food it was the outside that truly captured the day ~ a wide diverse group from the RNLI to dog walkers to families & friends ~ what appears to be taking place is and I can only relate this to restaurants ~ bars and bistro's in Brighton ~ full of vibe ~ freshness ~ catering for everyone ~ outside seating with an amazing vibe of people enjoying the Easter Bank Holiday ~ The Station is winning!! Lytham caters for many menus, appetites and budget and The Station Tavern is becoming the top if the tree for all the reasons above. Listening to a group of four middle aged couples sat next to us outside who had travelled from Bury to see family ~ they stated how 'simply impressed' they were and how they wished The Station Tavern was in Bury
Station Pub and Grill – LythamHave visited the Mogul every Easter for the past 20 years or so when at the Blackpool Hockey Festival. Need I say anymore?
Moghul Tandoori Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaBurger and chips was spot on. The place looks great now after its refurbishment. It is a big place and hard to fill but they regularly do especially on band nights. Nice quiet outside area too. When I ordered my drink I asked if my dog was OK to be on the premises. The Landlord said yes and when he served my pint of Murphy's, he also gave me a side plate full of dog biscuits, which I thought was a very nice touch. We be returning to the Station Tavern soon.
Station Pub and Grill – LythamI was looking forward to trying seniors. It was a disaster from walking through the door. A girl named Harriot in the takeaway section served everybody else but ignored us whilst in the queue, but a lad joey realised and served us whilst girl didn't even apologise or even acknowledge us. Very small portion size for how much it cost @ £6 for a meal deal. Cod was literally size of sprat and batter was flavourless and thin but fish itself was ok. I've had better chips in most other chippys, thank god I had gravy. I will never go back again. How it won any award for service or quality of food I don't know.
Seniors – Thornton-CleveleysThe guy on the phone was very helpful with my order. The pizza was good, just a bit too much cheese on it.
Lytham Pizza Company – LythamWe really like the Lowther Cafe. A refreshing change to some of the pretentious establishments that abound these days. Simple and unfussy food, cooked well and service with a smile. Harks back to a different era when the British seaside was the place to be. Even the staff calling out your meal ticket has the charm of an old bingo hall. It's great value too!
Lowther Pavilion Cafe – Lytham09/04/2014 Visited this pub on the above date with my handicap friend . The staff where friendly. My friend wanted a rump steak which they didn't have . She settled for the gammon . Thought it was a bit mad to run out of steak . Then I asked for some vinegar for my friend , was told that they had run out of vinegar as well . Come on Mr Barras does none of your staff know how to use there brains ( 35p at the shop across the road would of tied the pub over until they had a delivery ) . Kind regards Kenny .
Golden Eagle, The – Thornton-CleveleysJust what Bispham has been waiting for... Stunning food, excellent atmosphere, lovely staff just perfect. Very impressed with the authentic cuisine
Mi Casa Su Casa – BlackpoolMust be one of the best in the northwest! Been going more than a year now and never fail to serve some of the best fish and chips I've ever eaten.
Our Wee Chippy – BlackpoolFavourite Indian in the area. Buraq serves a better quality of Indian food, a richer flavour and better meat or perhaps marinated longer?. I always order my takeaway from there too, even though there are other Indian takeaways nearer. The Sugarvine offer is great value. Keep it up guys!
Buraq – KirkhamBurger and chips x 2 was filling and tasty. Service was attentive and prompt. Only complaint was that the outside area was a complete mess for the whole time we were there. The spring sun must have made the beer garden extra busy and I assume they were under staffed. Still one of my favourites in Lytham, especially as I can take my dog.
Queens Hotel – LythamWe had a great time on Mother's Day. The meals were cooked to perfection and the staff were excellent. We will be going again.
Ferraris – Great EcclestonThe fish and chips at the Cottage on saturday were excellent. Great value at around £6 for fish, chips, peas, coke and bread and butter. Good service in extremely pleasant surroundings. The walls are covered with the celebrities that have dined there. A famous chippy with history.
The Cottage – BlackpoolExcellent food and very polite and friendly owners. Often get my breakfast here and am never disappointed. Small breakfast box for £1.50 is a bargain.
Nosh Sandwich Shop – BlackpoolBlue Diamond is a newish Indian restaurant on Highfield Road in Blackpool on the site of what used to be Plumbjabi. We turned up really quite late on a Friday night and they were more than happy to accommodate us despite the late hour. The food was excellent, catering to both the spicy and more bland tastes on our table, the service was friendly and the boss was still there keeping an eye on things. Recommended.
Blue Diamond – BlackpoolNever easy getting a table here at weekends which I guess is the sign of a good restaurant. The place has a really warm and welcoming buzz to it which is partly down to the simple, rustic decor and plenty down to Moses, the friendly Spanish owner who handles front-of-house. There’s paella, of course, plus a rib of beef that comes sliced on a wooden board which is to die for. Lots of other dishes to work your way through both from the main menu and the specials board.
Espanol – Poulton-Le-FyldeChoose any one starter from menu (excludes lamb chops
and seafood) and one main dish (excludes seafood). Poppadoms on the house. Available every day from 4.30pm-7pm.
