We had a meal there on Friday,what a beautiful restaurant,good value for money and good service.The food was tasteless, I and two of my party agreed.I last went two years ago with the same problem,I thought it would have improved by now.

excellent food, excellent friendly service.My Husband and i often walk down for a meal as we live close by and sometimes take our baby girl . The staff are so friendly and helpful. I remember once, when we had really bad ice and snow, the waiter came down and delivered the food on foot as i was 7 months pregnant and didn't want to slip on the ice. Highly recommended!

After booking weeks for 16 people for a Saturday night, we arrived at the restaurant to find it full and that our party could not be accommodated. No reasonable explanation given from the staff, however it would seem they'd been greedy and given our table to people that had come in off the street. Very poor management, we will not be recommending this restaurant to others. Luckily we were able to get into another restaurant in Poulton to celebrate our friends birthday.

I took my wife into the Mews for a nice romantic meal and we were very disappointed , the service we received was in no other word but ignorant, and obnoxious. The food was JUST about average, the only smile we received during the whole night was when we paid, we will never be setting foot inside this back street restaurant again !!!

many a weekend morning I've phoned through to order the Dolphin's large breakfast.... belly bursting good and friendly service from the staff when I go in to pick up the order for take out - basic but well cooked cafe grub and very fairly priced - the only niggle is the bacon.... splash out a little guys and get higher quality stuff cos it makes a good brekkie

First time here and was suitably impressed. It was buzzing on a Saturday night with the boss much in evidence making sure everyone got served promptly, despite the crowd. Recommended.

When eating on a budget, Thornton lodge takes the crown on the Fylde coast.... the food is excellently prepared, the staff friendly and efficient and I have yet to be disappointed. Always a treat and for the kind of money it would cost to eat at one of those awful american chain burger places (you know the one, haha), you will leave much more satisfied and having had a good time. The huge burger I had last time defeated me at the last hurdle...... drive past the River Wyre Hotel and eat here instead........ nuff said ;~)

having eaten here twice while taking advantage of a two-for-one offer in the local rag, I have to say what a cracking carvery they put on....... juicy and well cooked choice of roast meats and free top-ups of the veg including their excellent roasties.... my gf and I ate here a few weeks ago and left stuffed to bursting having spent under £15 and that included a couple of drinks each.... amazing and the price does not reflect the high quality grub.... good work folks.

I'm a big fan of the Venue and it's excellent restaurant, La Mezza Luna.... while the Grill Room Menu is pretty standard pub fayre, the quality is second to none on the Fylde Coast.... excellent portions, attention to detail (letting steaks rest when cooked rare etc) and efficient, friendly service. My favourite pub for food and entertainment and that applies to the whole of the UK.... a very satisfied customer every time I visit.

eaten here a few times over the years and while not my favourite restaurant, I always leave feeling satiated and well looked after.... my last meal of squid and courgette in olive oil and garlic served mixed into a huge bowl of spaghetti was divine on the palate and filling in the belly.... a great choice of dishes and a fun and friendly atmosphere, always a pleasure to dine here.

First ate here I was full of flu, but my brother insisted on taking me out for dinner for my birthday..... Their Jalfrezi is superb and the staff friendly and helpful... helped clear my head too, so I guess I could state their food has medicinal properties, hahahaha. The second time was ordering take-away for delivery and there was a cock up with our order... the duty manager actually came back with the missing items along with a number of complimentary extras by way of apology.... this was above and beyond what I would expect and was greatly appreciated... all in all a cracking restaurant and priced exceptionally fairly

The Trafalgar was amazing from start to finish!! Delicious paella made us feel like we were on holiday, the owners were so friendly and the Sax player absolutely topped off our evening perfectly. Cant wait to go again!!

Stopped in here for a quick snack lunch while shopping with my partner. We opted for the Combo platter, which came with chicken goujons, lightly battered prawns, potato wedges and breaded mushrooms plus several dips. The food was all pre-frozen fayre but cheap and cheerful was what we required and the lovely if slightly ditzy waitress was attentive and friendly. My only complaint would be the very wilted salad but as the heat of the day was stifling, I would let this go. Nice outdoor seating and a general buzz made it a satisfying if simple lunch.... great for a mid-shop break

Enjoyed excellent hospitality at the Fylde v Sedgley Park game last week. Good food, beer, company and of course a fylde win.

we have been 4 times in the last month and each time it has been excellent, both hospitality and food. our friends were equally impressed . it is also very good value for money

Our group of 6 had a very enjoyable evening in your lovely restaurant the food was excellent and at a very reasonable cost will defo be coming back on our next visit to Blackpool
