The menu offers not only all the usual favourites but also a much wider selection of dishes which you may not have tried before. The food is fabulous , fresh and tastes fantastic. The service was first class and speedy, with great recomendations from the waiter and even a free side dish to sample and see if we liked it! A real gem of a find and we'll definitely be going back again

Although I live close by Poulton, this was my first meal at Mews Thai. It's on the little lane behind the church and is cafe-style downstairs and traditional Thai above with floor-level seating. The wife wasn't up for a meal sitting on the floor so we stayed downstairs and enjoyed a lovely meal. I had the spicy beef salad and yellow curry, the wife had pad Thai and it was all very authentic, especially so washed down with a bottle of Singha beer. Recommended.

Food was fantastic, Beer expensive and the staff were brilliant apart from one waitress who made us feel a little uncomfortable when we asked to try a few dishes off the banquet menu,Would possibly go there again in the future.

I worked here for a total of 2 years up until around September 11th this year and to be honest Ill be extremely lucky if i can find a job half as good as this one. David & Jan are the 2 single most caring people and although they were my bosses, there was always an informal setting when I was working. Customers can expect exceptionally friendly staff from both Jan & Dave as well as the other staff who work there (Emily my sister on Thursdays,Fridays and Saturdays and ben etc). The food, and I may be biased here, is absolutely fantastic. Always fresh and having worked here I can tell you fresh produce is key and was never put second to profit. Cleanliness and hygiene is second to none also as the one day the chippy shuts a deep clean takes place. Overall, I've never seen 2 people put so much into a business. Although they shut at 8 o'clock on countless occasions Ive seen them stay open to allow couples, families and anyone who wish to sit in the opportunity to (even if they have their own plans). I cannot praise this chippy enough. Anyone who wants a first class chippy this is the place for you!

Having been to Manchester my wife and I continued on to Blackpool yesterday, 28th September, to see the Illuminations. We live near Southampton, and came across this rather swish Italian Restaurant called SAPORI - told that it had just opened. It certainly looked a cut above the other restaurants in the centre of the town. Went in and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly greetings of the staff, especially the Italians Peppe and Ignaze who I understand are the owners. We had a fantastic meal - cooked to perfection. The choices on the menu were superb and at very reasonable prices ( went for the Early Bird. which proved to be really good value) Before we left we were given complimentary liquors which completed a really wonderful evening. Can certainly recommend to any one looking for an Italian Restaurant that has that little bit special. Look forward to a future visit when next we come to Blackpool.

This is always a pleasant pub to visit food is good service adequate and the staff extremely welcoming and helpful always have a smile

I Went here for lunch last Thursday & was very very impressed with the food. I had the homemade Chicken curry which was really tasty. It was all finished off by the chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream. The food & the service we excellent. For the price it was a bargain. will definitely be returning here soon. Thanks

My hubby and I ate here on thursday 23rd, great meal, huge portions, great prices and very friendly staff. What more can I say! would definitely go back again.

nice local shop, off the beaten track from tourists and worth the drive as nothing worth eating nearer sea front.

We had our wedding reception in JK's on Saturday and the food was out of this world. All the staff were genuinely happy to help i was so pleased with the way it worked out. We had such an amazing time and all our guests commented on how wonderful the food and staff were. If we were to have any future events we would definitely go back to here without a doubt. Thank you to Kerry and all the wonderful staff for all you have done and making our day so special,.

what is it with Italian chain restaurants not marking off on their menu which dishes are suitable for vegetarians? Had this issue at Zizzi, Strada and now Frankie and Benny's This makes the menus difficult to navigate, and makes me more inclined to go to Pizza Express or Olive Press where the menus are easier to read and large V signs to let me know which options i can have. Despite this I had a most enjoyable meal at Frankie and Benny's. Nice friendly service, great food and a wonderful restaurant.

We ate here on Friday night and although the food was lovely the vegetarian options were sparse. There are quite a few starters to choose from but only one main! I ended up having two starters and a side dish instead of a main which was fine but it would have been nice to have more choice - another 1 or 2 would be good. The staff are very polite and attentive but the atmosphere was missing something that I couldn't put my finger on. I would give this place another go as it's not always fair to judge on one outing and like I said - the food was lovely.

What a complete load of rubbish, there is no way this restaurant is in top ten of best chippy's of the UK, more like bottom ten. My family and I were looking forward to a nice fish and chips dinner and what we got was a tiny goldfish and a few gritty chips. Lady who served us had a right gob on her and the vinegar was put on the table after we had nearly finished. Very poor service and yucky overpriced dinners.

The meal was cold and overcooked. A party of 8 and one main course never arrived very disappointed to say the least. Never again

Went again last night - it's still the best., and it's still relatively quiet. Suits me.

called in at 7pm on a night time,no puddings was told stopped cooking them at this time of night.got some chips which when got home were horrible,paid £1.30 for about 15 chips which tasted crap.we never go there again

Visited Sapori after looking on Sugarvine for an Italian, wouldn't normally go to Blackpool centre but Sapori looked really nice and had good reviews. We weren't disappointed, the food was fantastic, presentation was wonderful, service was brilliant. It was a wonderful evening in a lovely restaurant with wonderful food. We will definitely be back and recommend it to our friends.
