Knott End Cafe – Knott End-On-Seawow what a good meal, liked it as soon as we went through the door and the landlord said hello,he is such pleasant bloke, enjoyed the rustic cottage pie with veg, my husband had steak and ale pie with chips and peas, excellent, Will be going back to the hand and dagger again with out a doubt, excellent all round, thank-you Sharon & Mick.x Date visited Saturday 10/06/2011.
Hand and Dagger – KirkhamMeal for four Saturday Evening the place was very busy but the food and particularly the service was excellent. As ever a very warm welcome from Danny & his team with dishes to taste & try which was a very nice touch.
Moghul Tandoori Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaMeal for four Saturday Evening the place was very busy but the food and particularly the service was excellent. As ever a very warm welcome from Danny & his team with dishes to taste & try which was a very nice touch.
Moghul Tandoori Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaThe food was fresh and delicious, watching and smelling it cook makes it even more worth the wait! I can recommend the 'Turkish dream' which is like a pannacotta with crushed walnuts on top. Velly (not sure how to spell it) was really friendly, I love it how he sits down to do his grilling! Really liked the pictures and the tiles on the walls too. Over all 9/10, will definitely eat here again soon.
Anatolia – St. Annes-On-SeaThe fish and chips here are superb. You can buy with confidence at this shop as it holds a Fish and Chip Quality Award from the National Federation of Fish Friers
Thornton Fisheries – Thornton-CleveleysThe best Italian in the area -- Pulcinella in Cleveleys -- has opened an outpost in Poulton. Yippee!! It's only tiny with five tables plus a window counter but they do great pizza here (to eat in or take out). Nice vibe too with jazzy tunes and family photos on the walls.
Pulci Pizza – Poulton-Le-FyldeDidn't even know there was a Nandos in Blackpool. Really liked the place as its modern and sleek. Food was good and it was packed. Liked their foreign beer and the kids their refill cokes!
Nandos – BlackpoolI'm not enough of a curry geek to pronounce with any authority on the food here. But what I will say is that the decor and overall experience is second to none on the Fylde Coast. Plenty of space between the tables (even a booth if you are lucky), smart table settings and crockery, courteous staff, own car park. Worth the drive along Preston new Road to Kirkham for sure.
Buraq – KirkhamFood was delicious and the wine was lovely. Service was excellent. The starter menu is restricted though with few vegetarian options - apart from this it was a super meal. The pizza menu could do with a more adventurous vegetarian pizza also, maybe with goats cheese. I'd recommend this restaurant.
Da Carmelo – GarstangWe have visited the Red Fort on a regular basis for several years now and have always been impressed with both the welcoming, friendly service and the excellent quality of the food. We have now got a two year old and have been taking him with us to the restaurant early evening on Sundays since he was tiny. The team at Red Fort have been amazing with him since we started taking him there and are still as welcoming as ever. The special deals are incredible value and portions are both high quality and plentiful, despite being really good value. Highly recommended for all including families.
Red Fort – LythamVisited The Moghul earlier this evening and we had the Sunday Banquet which was excellent value for money - 3 courses for £9.95. The meal was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant was very clean and the ambience was great. Would definitely recommend this place.
Moghul Tandoori Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaWent on a Friday night and the restaurant was empty, which was slightly worrying. The garlic bread base was too thick an didn't taste that good. The pizza was covered in thick cheese and had a thick soggy base with layers of grease swimming on top, I've had better from asda! The other halfs chicken was filled with cartilage, will not be going back.
Constantine’s – BlackpoolFantastic food. Staff very accommodating and polite. Only problem is the floor........NOT GOOD
Seniors – Thornton-Cleveleystry the popcorn chicken. beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Turners Traditional Fish and Chips – Garstang"What a warm & friendly welcome, professional staff in modern decor and on top of all that....great food at very reasonable prices...would definitely go back again and again!"
Ziggy’s Cafe Bar – BlackpoolSimply this is the standard that every restaurant in Blackpool should visit and try to aspire to Three visits in three weeks 100 % For every visit. Say no more. "Try Them And See" ENJOY.
Sapori – BlackpoolMy girlfriend and I went to piper's again last Saturday night for her birthday and had yet another excellent meal. We went as a party of four on Mother's Day and this to was excellent, I can't praise this restaurant enough, the staff are very polite and professional and the service is always spot on. I've been to Marco P White's (The Swan) and was very disappointed and I've been to the revolving restaurant in time square, New York and I've got to be honest with you, the steak there was to die for. But I've got to now say that piper's has the slight edge over New York. I had the pleasure of meeting Ian Piper on Mother's Day and thanking him for our wonderful experience. We have also booked for Father's Day next week, so I can't wait.
