This is the Fish and Chip shop to visit the fish is well cooked in a lovely light crispy batter with chips to match absolutely grease free super, Highly Recommended

I booked a reservation at the Mandarin purely on the basis that they served lobster. (Which believe it or not as rare in Blackpool) From the moment I arrived at the restaurant the waiter "George", became a friend. He was welcoming and treated everyone of us like regular customers.. The meal was a Valentines surprise for my partner and his sister and her partner, as we had never tried Lobster. The service was impeccable and also the food was tremendous... the Lobsters were dressed beautifully, 2 with ginger and spring onion, and the other with strawberries and kiwi. We were offered a sweet, but we decided we didn? want to ruin what was the best meal we had all ever had... Without a doubt we will all be returning, it is now our chosen venue for special occasions for the future, birthdays, anniversaries etc.... Thank you to all at the Mandarin, see you soon... Emma x

I regularly visit Ricos and find the staff and service excellent. The ambience is great and the food is always of a high standard. Can be a long wait for a table at weekends as there is no booking policy.

My husband and I are regular visitors, we have also recommended Gemma to friends and family. As lovers of Indian cuisine this is the best we have ever tasted and will continue to dine there. Icky and his staff are very friendly and the service is excellent.

Partner and myself came across this restaurant by chance at Xmas, and thought we would try it. We have now been back about 4 times in last 2 months and think its really nice the food is always nice the price is really good for what you get and I would recommend everytime.

I had a fantastic meal experience at the Jade Delight restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was well presented and taste great. They have just won the 2005 silver award for the Best Restaurant in the Fylde. Well deserved!!!

We were in Blackpool at a concert at the Opera House and wanted a nearby eatery. What a find when travelling from Birmingham where all the restaurants are going buffet style! The food was superb with a dish being changed to suit us specifically. The staff were attentive & friendly. The wine list was excellent and reasonably priced. We will visit again for sure if we are in the area! Louise & her Mom Sue!

A group of about 20 of us ate at Guys, Everyone had a different dish and nobody was disappointed. We are going back for valentines weekend.

Without doubt the finest carvery I have ever had, good portions, gravy to die for and the biggest Yorkshire puddings I've ever seen. On occasions I sample the A-La-Carte menu and have found every dish to be delicious especially the monster mixed grill. The atmosphere is warm and friendly very much a female and family friendly venue. A MUST VISIT!!!!!!

I think this Restaurant is very good, the food is of a high standard and the staff are very polite. I have been here over 20 times and it has become a regular friday night event.

Everything about this restaurant is lovely. The entrance and reception are warm and comfortable. You are seated on sofas while you browse the menu and are served your first drinks. The prices are average, but the set meal for 2 at £29.50 is excellent value with poppadoms, starters, mixed main courses + a side dish, bread, rice, and finally coffee and mints. We were also offered a complimentary drink when we paid our bill! The decor is lovely - traditional yet modern. There are tables with booths - perfect for a romantic meal. And outside the window is a beautiful garden, possibly even open in the summer, but even in winter it is lit at night and creates a beautiful window view. The food was excellent, the waiters very attentive, and we were not rushed through our meal. We would definitely return here, even though we live in Cleveleys and it is a drive out.

We had tried the high cross early last year and found both food and staff terrible however we thought we would try again and what a change the staff are helpful and I can honestly say we have not had a bad meal yet and we have been that often we must have tried most of the menu. well done!

This restaurant was great. We really really enjoyed it. We saw some families there and also there are booths at the back for couples etc. The garden is lovely and the service is excellent, attentive but not over the top. The food was absolutely wonderful, catering for me, a fussy vegetarian, very well. The owner is great. I don? think this is the cheapest restaurant but only a little above average and I believe you get exactly what you pay for. The place is lovely. I will definitely go back.
