Again an excellent lunch but this time from the Christmas Menu. Bringing the family next week for our pre Christmas get together and we know we are going to enjoy ourselves

Pot luck meal excellent and such good value for money , never had a bad meal here

9.12.2023 Four of us for an early Saturday meal and we all had really good, hot and tasty meals. Beautifully cooked fish for me, and a relaxed atmosphere with friendly and efficient service. Will recommend. Look forward to going again soon. Well done

A warm personal welcome was a wonderful introduction to what proved to be a gastronomically and socially pleasurable evening. The varied tastes and diets of all in our party of six with a age range of 16 to 75 were satisfied by the evening and Christmas menus. The regional wines were a good complement to the delicious, freshly prepared food. The knowledgeable owner was pleased to chat about the food wine and his homeland ( plus fine Scotch whiskies!) and our families. The service was good and always with a smile. A little less "reacting over" and more waling round the table to serve guests is the only thing which could improve our great experience.

Wonderful service, polite positive Atmosphere. Food very good and value for money. Maybe tweek menu as some people Have health issues and need to change Their choices , however overall a very pleasant experience.

Two visits and enjoyed both (breakfast and evening meal with friends). Not over priced. Food is great.

Always a welcoming warm atmosphere,& lovely staff. Tempting menus, fresh produce. Authentic Italian cuisine, the food is delicious. My favourite place to have coffee or lunch, and make sure you book as it's always full!!!

Excellent Christmas Lunch for 18 of us. All the food was delicious and served promptly. This is a regular pub for our Annual Christmas get together and we really enjoy it. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. We will be back next year. A huge Thankyou to everyone.

Had lunch with friends on Tuesday and very pleased with the food and service. Also a good range of choice on the menu. I would go as far to say that this is the best pub/restaurant meal I have had for a long time. Well done. One suggestion is that the chairs are quite low and hard and as my wife says, need a cushion.

Everything was good. We had an event to go to so couldn't stay long but will return again soon!
