Fabulous meal, service and atmosphere

Amazing meal - Henry treated us very well

Pre Christmas dinner with friends, met at door with a warm welcome and showed to a lovely table in the wine room. Beautifully decorated with a selection of Italian wines both sparkling and still for your perusal. Our drinks were chosen and arrived promptly from the cheerful staff. We selected our food from the menu and from the nightly specials sheet. Food was excellent , beautifully presented . Special mention must go to the risotto flavored with beetroot and nuts. Thank you to the team that made our evening so magical.

I invited members of my family to lunch this week and it was great! I made a mistake on the booking and turned up 30 mins early but that was very politely dealt with, and we returned at the appointed time to enjoy a 'home cooked' lovely meal in a packed restaurant full of atmosphere. My word the front of house staff worked hard as I am certain those on the kitchen were busy as well. We will be back !

Buona Italia in Tewkesbury Very very enjoyable

We went for lunch on 21 December with 2 friends and as usual the food, atmosphere and service were first class. We are regular visitors to the restaurant and compliment Davide and his team on maintaining the excellent service that they always provide. We will be back in the New Year.

Delicious food; friendly efficient staff and lovely atmosphere. I had the beetroot and Taleggio risotto which was unusual and very tasty. Lots of lovely Italian treats to buy too.. We will be returning soon.

A real gem! authentic Italian food beautifully cooked by Francesco - a good menu for luch and dinner, and Xmas specials, with strong southern influences, but often with a little twist. The staff front of house, led by Davide, are excellent, and service is friendly and efficient. In the summer there is a nice outside area, but inside is cosy and simply decorated. Wines are good - not cheap! Worth driving from Cheltenham for and combining with a visit to the Abbey!
