Been twice and not regret it. Delicious food and super friendly, polite staff. All my family think that at the moment is the best restaurant in Gloucester.

Brilliant in every sense as always

The staff were friendly and professional. The food was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. For the first time, we sat outside as the weather was so perfect. It was as if we were on holiday in Italy. Thank you

Visited on Sunday lunch time , food was nice and staff were efficient . My daughter found a piece of ham in her vegan pasta half the way through eating it , all we were offered was not to pay for it or a free drink . I think it was a genuine mistake , think chef was over zealous throwing the ham on my pizza but think it was handled badly , it should not have been left for the waiter to keep saying sorry but could do no more . This restaurant boasts about its vegan menu !

Service was friendly as usual, and the food delicious as usual. Would recommend The Miners to anyone.

Amazing food

Found this pub by accident when in the area. Great evening meal, good service and a nice atmosphere. Well worth a visit.

First visit and will definitely return! Lovely atmosphere busy but it wasn’t noisy at all. Staff were lovely very happy and friendly through waiting and bar staff. Plenty of options on the menu food and drink with a specials menu too. Portions were good size both me or partner didn’t finish mains (we did have a starter).

Only been once before back in January but the food is still amazing! We had a good laugh with some of the waiters. Overall great meal and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend the calamari starter!

An excellent meal in the bar (as I had mucked up the booking time but the staff sorted us out). Garlic prawns to share as a starter & then one steak & a belly pork as mains followed by the meringue with cream & fruits all of which well well cooked and nicely served. The arkells ales were also well kept. Not the cheapest pub meal but well worth it and we will be back for special occasions.

Have visited many times as it is one of our favourite restaurants to eat . The food is always gorgeous and the service is really good even when they are very busy .

Service is mostly good, odd waitress concertrating on other customers when service us, but mostly very polite and professional. Food is delicious, and good quality but menu had a mistake meaning a friend could not have a gluten free option which was disappointing, quite expensive for what it is. Tables are too close and packed together!
