First time here and absolutely loved it. Staff very professional, thoughtful and friendly. Food was spot on and we had a lovely seat outside under the heater. The blankets outside made this a very cosy date night.

The Codrington Arms – Chipping SodburyI visited for a 40th birthday meal on Saturday and this was my third time and the other 7 in the group this was their first time but I booked as I knew the food was amazing. Unfortunately the starters we chose of calamari were not available and being replaced by scampi and the crab lugine was also replaced with prawns. There were other dishes not available aswell. I chose the meatballs as I had enjoyed these on a previous visit. I got 3 meatballs and I wasnt overally impressed with the sauce this time. It was also very noisy. Its a shame as this was my "go to" place for nice meals. On a plus the mozerella starter was amazing and the waiting staff were lovely and very accommodating.

Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterWe had booked a table for 8.15pm arriving at 8.10pm we were escorted to our table with menu's it was then about 10 minutes before a waiter came to our table to ask us for our drinks order, our drinks arrived shortly afterwards, he then returned a few minutes later for our food order only to be told that a number of our choices were not available as they had run out of Sea Bass, Mussels, and two other items on the main menu. We then had to make second choices of food. Not a good start for the evening, unfortunately this has happened on a previous occasion where certain items were not available, and this was a lunchtime.
