Had a lovely meal, very efficient staff and very friendly service from Dom. The food was delicious-large portions!

Food was mega awesome

food was plentiful & superb; but upstairs was rather crowded & hot with no ventilation (windows did not open) so did feel rather that might have been a breeding ground for covid.

1st of all I’m a person that never complains , usually happy to just not say if anything is wrong. However on this occasion I felt the overall experience was not good. I think we had around 7 different waiting staff attending our table . Two of the young girls didn’t really have any idea what larger they had , and I also asked for a tonic water and she wasn’t sure if they had it ! When the order of drinks arrived it was wrong. Also I ordered chicken wings, when they arrived they were cold . So I had ask for some more . The waitress said she was sorry, and a few minutes later arrived with the wings . Didn’t really enjoy them because I’m guessing they just microwaved them ! . Also felt the portion size was far to much , had way to many chips . So much wasted food . Having said all of this all waiting staff were very friendly and pleasant. Still don’t think we will go back any time soon

Our overall experience was definitely 5*. I visited the restaurant with my grandparents during our break to Hemsby. I think on arrival they were a little anxious about how the experience would be as they’re used to quiet country pubs where as this venue has quirky decor and lots of families dining. We were greeted at the door and shown to our table quickly. The food and drinks order was also taken quickly regardless of how busy it was and food came out to the table promptly. The service was brilliant throughout with all the staff being super friendly and chatty whilst remaining professional. I think this helped put my grandparents at ease. The food was superb and full of flavour. After we paid the bill and left for the car my grandparents couldn’t stop talking about what a lovely evening they had and how amazing the service and food were. I don’t usually write reviews but I feel the staff went above and beyond to make this a fabulous experience. Thank you all.

Amazing food, very cool restaurant and excellent service.

Lovely service team: Kimmy and Kirsty. Food was delicious. Music was perfect for the atmosphere and I was able to sing along as it was from my teenager years. Great evening out.

Great food and service as usual

Great experience overall. We had a waitress by the name of Alice who was good but not very attentive to detail. My food hadn’t arrived and her colleague ( whose name I sadly cannot remember but who was an absolute asset to your restaurant) noticed immediately and approached me to ask if my food had arrived. She then rectified this immediately. I then asked for a doggy bag as the portion was very large which was great. Alice handed the polystyrene box which was fine, however, in all other restaurants I frequent, my remaining food is taken away and neatly packed in a suitable box. Alice was fine, however, not really willing to go the extra mile but was very friendly to the rest of my party. Food was great and large portions and good venue for money and tasty food and nice seating etc. Overall I would definitely visit again!

We were shown to our seat by Aaron who also took our order. The taste and quality of the food was outstanding. As for portions, they were amazing. Great music in the background.

Whilst on holiday in Hemsby we can across this fab restaurant ! I booked a table, the atmosphere was great, staff were professional & the food was top notch ! Big portions of tasty food really got our taste buds going especially as we had been out most of the day & not eaten much. This place is definitely worth a visit !

We had a booking for 2 people on the 6th September at 19.45 for our wedding anniversary, we turned up and was greeted at the door, someone went off to see if our table was ready which it wasn't, we were told we could get some drinks and sit outside with them till our table was ready. Time passed and other customers came and went in we still sat outside. At about 20.00 the girl on the door came to tell some other people there table was ready so I asked her about ours and got the impression that we had been forgotten. She then told us that it was ready and were taken upstairs which is not where the lad had gone before to check our table. We got seated and had several empty tables around us, so what was the hold up. The 2 girls who were serving upstairs were chatting to 2 customers on the table next to us for most of there stay so other customers again seemed to be forgotten. We know what we wanted to order as we had been sat outside for a considerable amount of time but because the girls were chatting it was about another 15 mins before they took our order. The food came and was OK but by now time was getting on and we felt rushed as it was heading for closing time. We have eaten here several times and this is the worsted experience we have had and has now but me off going again.

Me and my partner absolutely loved the food it was so delicious, very affordable for the amount of food that gets given to you! Would definitely recommend to others!

Ordered the full rack of ribs. Overcooked and little meat. Very disappointed.
