Really enjoyed the food but the service wasnt great as the food took way too long. We were in a big group and by the time our food arrived everyone else's had eaten . My brother in law ordered a barbecue sauce and that never came. on the web site it said live music between 3-6pm but there was none there. We booked that time mainly because of the live music. Big dissapointment for everyone.

Well what can I say, what a place! Live music outside with a BBQ grill, great atmosphere inside and the food! Oh my goodness it was delicious! The staff were brilliant, all of them. There was so much choice on the menu and every member of staff that spoke to us was awesome. They made our night really. Seriously, get down to the Smokehouse if you can, it’s well worth it!

Great supper last Saturday and very good and courteous service. 20 min walk from home which was handy! Lovely to eat outside. Will certainly repeat!

We visited this venue on a Thursday evening, 3rd June. The sight of so many motorbikes was fabulous. A pity we left it to the last minute to arrive for our booking, we did not have time to take in all of the bikes assembled. Staff inside the restaurant were fantastic and explained sources and cooking of the meats. Food was fantastic and tasty and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended and we will return on our next visit to the area. Lots more of the menu to explore.

Excellent food and service. Super impressed with how the restaurant was being ran with large numbers being served. Cannot fault the food, it was amazing. Great value for money, big portions, tasted amazing!! Whatever they’re doing there, keep doing it! We will definitely be back

Food and our waitress Roxanne excellent only downside was we booked for 6 of us for 7.30 and we know it was a Saturday and busy but we were seated by 8 but our food didn’t arrive till 9.30 after we asked saying the table behind us who were seated 45 mins after us had their food before us, we also had waited for 2 cocktails which had actually been given to another table by mistake again had to ask several times. Would come back but think we would choose a different day and maybe an earlier time. The venue is lovely and staff very attentive so no problem there. Unfortunately because of the delay in our food we was unable to enjoy the entertainment as they finished at 9 and you are closing around 10.

Visited with my husband. We chose the Smokehouse because we live close by and I really fancied some BBQ ribs, the usual fall off the bone meat. Ribs were tough and inedible, lots of fat, not the usual ribs where the meat falls off the bone. Another customer next to us also complained for the same reason. Starters were tasty and we enjoyed our drinks but the food was a major let down. £25 each for a combo type meal, the brisket was nice but ending up with inedible ribs was a huge disappointment so we didn’t really enjoy it. The staff were really friendly and when we spoke to the waitress about our concerns she was really helpful and it very quickly got resolved. Overall, the restaurant is very nicely decorated, good atmosphere, the staff are friendly and a good place to go for drinks. I don’t think we’ll return for a meal.

The service was very prompt but unfortunately we were misinformed about the spareribs we were told they were beef and my family is Muslim and my child ate pork ribs thinking they were beef . He was so upset he cried and when we got home he was violently sick . We weren’t offered compensation. We suggest that you change your menu. So sad that my 60th birthday celebrations were spoiled .

Booked for 5 adults and they were extremely busy people everywhere but have to say got seen very quickly,the service was great and our waitress made us feel we was the only people in there, two had steaks and the rest of us had different burgers what a choice not one of us had a problem with anything in fact 5 completely empty plates. Will definitely be back infact cannot wait. We went on a Thursday evening and there was a bikers convention going on great music and atmosphere a big thank you.

Booked a meal as bike night. Was awesome atmosphere staff really friendly and helpful. Food was amazing will definitely be returning with rest of the family.

The staff were amazing But the food was no good at all I had ribs there was more fat then meat on them All the food felt like it had just been microwaved Really shame as have been so many times and this time was awful really disappointing

Came here with family on our annual holiday trip for me dad's birthday. The customer service was beyond excellent greeted with happy smiling staff and shown to our table. Offered drinks straight away and ordered our food. The food wait time wasn't long at all and wow! We was overwhelmed with how fantastic the food was. Our only issue was the portion sizes were so large we felt awful that we couldn't finish everything! The food and service was outstanding and we are already looking forward to coming again!! The live music and outdoor entertainment was fantastic also such a fabulous place to visit to have drinks and food and good service and a fabulous time
