He we ate as a table of 3 with one gluten free diner, plenty of choice for us all lovely hot food great service and great choice of drinks loved the strawberry daiquiri, have been to this restaurant quite a few times lots of staff working very busy every time we’ve been, we only have one fault all the staff have there hair down and we witnessed one waitress carrying the clean cutlery with her hair hanging in the bucket which is quite off putting, maybe would be nice for staff to have hair tied up whilst working with food but otherwise amazing food and always recommend especially with gluten free on the menu

Went to this place after the great reviews, the staff were great, got seated straight away, though we were basically sat with another family which was awkward. There was life an 6 inch gap between our tables. I ordered the brisket at £18 my wife got the vegan chilli, son got a burger and daughter got spagbol. The brisket was terrible. It was not smoked it was grey, looks like it had been sitting in water all day and then reheated, not good at all. There was bbq sauce on it but not enough to baste the flavourless bit of meat. A good smoked brisket does not need bbq sauce. This needed a ton of it. My wife’s chilli was good, my sons burger was good, the spagbol was not great. The waitresses were delightful and for that reason I didn’t give feedback on the day, I didn’t want to kill their great move. The burgers looked amazing and I wish I had ordered one of those. If I go back I will.

Sharing platter was nice, although no side plates provided (and nobody around to ask until we’d almost finished). Main courses total disappointment. The heat had obviously been reheated (you know when you over hear something in the microwave and it goes rock hard?). My daughters spaghetti was inedible as soggy (think Heinz spaghetti from a tin). A very expensive mediocre meal which was a shame as we’d been really looking forward to it.

This was the 1st time here and we loved it the food was outstanding and so was the service Amelia served us and she was a breath of fresh air so polite, and friendly and went out of her way to check on our order We was on holiday and the next time we stay we will 100% be back

This is the 2nd time we have been to the smokehouse,Had a meal yesterday was not the best ribs were very dry the meal did not come with everything that was advised on the menu the wine was warm. The other meals we had were cold when served.I guess this was the norm when it has a big weekend on and is very busy.

Thankyou for some beautiful BBQ meats, the time spent marinated and perfecting shines through & we all went away very happy customers indeed! Best food ever tasted and the staff are all so friendly deffo advice people to go .

The meal was lovely but too much smaller portions would be better to save on waste.

Fit a large party of 14 ppl in at very short notice, service was outstanding, all staff were polite and friendly, food beautiful and served very quickly. Brilliant place and atmosphere.

The food was amazing, all the staff was very nice and attending. The only thing I could say is that inside was a bit too hot and could have done some with a bit of fresh air or air conditioning. Otherwise it was a great evening. Cocktails were delicious T-Bone steak and Ribs are amazing :) We were a party of 9 and every single person including kids enjoyed the food and the place. Had a lovely meal. Great food, with good portions, friendly staff, clean restaurant with a good atmosphere. Kids loved it .

Family of 6 all had a great time. Food excellent and great service. My family come from London and always want to go to the Smokehouse!

Excellent food, great atmosphere Abbie was a great host. Probably the best burger I have ever had, plenty of space to sit & relax outside afterwards. Definitely recommend & will visit again soon.

Brilliant meal ,had a birthday there for my daughter, looked after us really well,all 12 meals were brought out together and we're all hot top marks to all the staff and thank you all.

Great atmosphere. The food was fantastic. Ended up taking two boxes home, the meals were so generous. The service was excellent, friendly, helpful staff and we felt welcomed all the way through our visit. Can’t fault them. Highly recommend.
