Just 5 star, food is amazing and so reasonably priced. Thrown in the fantastic, welcoming, friendly service you can’t really ask for anything more. This was my second time at a Thursday theme night so never time I’m like to enjoy the full menu. Thank you for a lovely evening

This was our first visit to the white swan, my god what a treat, a warm welcome and extremely excellent food cooked to perfection. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of the food, sadly weather had not been good enough for my lobster so will be forced to return

My wife chose the White Swan for her birthday dinner after she had bought some seafood there one day. It was a great choice, based on her love of eating lobster, which was why we booked for the lobster night. Food was 1st class, as was the service. The staff were a really lovely team and the decor, cleanliness and ambience of the place was equally good. I like peace, calm and quiet while I am eating and the White Swan provided all of those things. The whole business is a credit to the management and team and they can all be proud of what they do. Thank you from both of us.

Staff were amazing and very nice. Food was outstanding (seafood boil). Can’t wait to come back. Even let us take away some cheeky cockle after our meal.

The seafood boil was amazing and the price I feel is very reasonable. Service was great and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. Booked for the next one and will be coming back for other nights and to try the fish counter

Travelled up from Cambridge for few days away. Stopped here for lunch on way to hotel. If you like seafood this place is amazing. The venue is lovely very fishing themed and rustic parking available. Small and cost booking on their website is a must. You get a two hour slot. Service is very good friendly staff very attentive. The food is amazing they serve fish and chips and other seafood delights. We had fresh oysters a starter of scallops I had lobster which you could have with sauces and in different sizes and prices. My husband has the seafood tagliatelli which was amazing. We were too full for desert. There is a shop attached selling all sorts of fresh fish and meal packages. They do serve steak too. One thing I found disappointing we left a £10 tip but people around us left nothing that is appalling for these hard working staff where there is no service charge.

Whilst visiting the area for a weekend event with friends, we had a lovely fish & chip meal at The White Swan. We had already been to the restaurant on a previous visit. The food was exceptional and very good value for money. The service was very good and the surroundings very nice. I would wholly recommend this restaurant.

Our 3rd visit to The White Swan and it was excellent yet again. The staff are super friendly, helpful and efficient and the food is beautifully cooked (and generous portions)! We would love the restaurant to serve until later in the evening but that won’t stop us returning.
