Party of four had a lovely meal yesterday. Early evening when we arrived and pretty quiet. We asked to be seated in the conservatory which soon filled up. Food was very good, although a long wait between ordering and the food arriving but could have had a lot of orders in. Very good value for money and would not hesitate to recommend. We come here quite often.

We were given menus to choose our desserts and then had to ask a member of the bar staff for someone to take our order, having waited at least half an hour. It was busy and there were not enough staff working.

We were all very impressed with the setting service and meals. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection and reasonably priced too. We will definitely be back soon.

Staff were attentive and the carvery was well organised and well stocked. The food was delicious, even my fussy husband was pleased. We’re not big eaters and opted for the normal size plate. It was just enough for me. Mind you I didn’t pile up my plate like others. Gravy boats are available as well as apple sauce etc. We will be back!
Tocketts Mill Country Park and Restaurant – GuisboroughMy husband and myself had a beautiful meal at Tockets we couldn't fault anything, i said I wanted my steak cooking medium but no running blood it was absolutely spot on I thoroughly enjoyed,my husband had the jumbo cod and he was the same absolutely excellent. Serves was very good too.will definitely be back.

However the seating was lacking. I booked the meal 3-4 weeks in advance we were sat in the bar which is a lovely atmosphere however could not hear my friend as there was so much noice i am autistic this was a struggle for me. Would have been nicer to sit in the restaurant bit or the front bit as this did bring the meal down as it was a nice catch up for me and a friend. The service was also lacking, no one came to ask if food was okay or to offer more drinks and couldn’t find anyone at the end to ask for the bill….
