Went for dinner on a Monday - surprisingly busy. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was excellent and good value for money. A bit cool, as sitting near the open door but staff were happy to close it for us. Food cooked to order which meant there was quite a wait - worth it though.

The staff demonstrated exceptional customer service, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Additionally, the food was delicious. We will definitely be returning very soon. Outstanding!!

As soon as we took our last mouthful the staff were there to take the plate, there was no break in between and then staff hovering until we left the table. Felt very rushed, shame we could not enjoy the meal at our leisure

Asked for a table inside and we were seated outside. Very cold and we kept our coats on. Took ages for someone to come for our order and they said it was because they were busy inside. We booked a table well in advance and felt we got second class service compared to those warm inside. Starters arrived and weren’t right so 2 went cold whilst waiting for the other 3. Waiter said it was because he had given us another tables starters and the others weren’t cooked. He misread this table number. We watched as food was delivered to another 2 tables which was meant for other people. Ordered a Bacardi and coke. It arrived and the waiter said vodka and coke. I corrected him and said I had ordered Bacardi and he said that’s right, that’s what it is. It was actually vodka! Not sure I would return in a rush. Wonder if they were short staffed but I think the staff should be able to get the food to the right table.

The food as always was lovely, I had the pie which was really tasty and my partner had the Bruschetta and Satay skewers. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The staff are great, always friendly and nothing too much trouble.
Tocketts Mill Country Park and Restaurant – GuisboroughNot been for a very long time went with my sister and her husband I ordered the chicken parmo which was very nice I only ate half and asked for the other half to keep and take away… after about 10 minutes I asked the young lad who took my chicken parmo away can I have it please he went to check them came back and told me he told the chef to throw it away!! I was in disbelief as it cost £17.95 and I had only had half…. Not sure I would return as to throw away my food is unexceptionable to the cost of myself and not the restaurant
