Came to the Tocketts mill yesterday for my friends birthday meal, looking nice that it’s been refurbished, our meal was very nice and hot, The ambiance great, Recommend will return.

Well presented and at a great price. Fabulous service too. Easy, relaxed atmosphere. Clean and well maintained surroundings. Would highly recommend.

The staff are lovely and friendly and give a fantastic service, nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant has always been very clean, warm and welcoming and the food is amazing and good value for money. Will definitely be back and would recommend giving it a go to anyone thinking of going. 10 out of 10.

Tocketts Mill Country Park and Restaurant – GuisboroughVisited for hubby's birthday. We were told we would have to go in the conservatory. Heaters were pulled over but we were still cold. Do not want to go in there again in the winter. The food however was lovely as always. Will be back but only in the restaurant.
Tocketts Mill Country Park and Restaurant – GuisboroughFirst visit, will not be out last,a great experience as being old age pensioners we can only manage smaller portions which was an option on the menu.we opted for beef casserole and dumplings which is my favourite,I can honestly say it was the best I've had.the only negative was we were seated facing the entrance and people coming in omitted the close the door many times giving us a very cold draft intermittently would benefit from a automatic door.but overall a 9 out of 10.

We will definitely be back here again.

There was a good choice of vegetables, although the restaurant and conservatory were full we were seated straight away and attended to once seated. We all had the regular plates. We didn’t feel rushed to leave our table which was good as it gave us time to relax after wonderful food. I found it easy to book our table and will definitely be back again.

I brought 5 family members for lunch after telling them how great the place was. Unfortunately, we went on a day where there were only two waitresses and apparently very few kitchen staff. They did their best but we waited an hour for our food which, I think most people would agree, is unacceptable. We pre booked but our table wasn't even ready when we arrived! We were not informed of the potential wait or we would have gone elsewhere. My Father is quite elderly and infirm and was most uncomfortable sitting for so long! We thought we were taking him out for a treat! Even a regular update on the status of our order would have been appreciated but we had to try numerous times to get the waitress' attention to find this out. The food was fine when it arrived but the experience has made me apprehensive about visiting again. Very disappointed.
