Absolutely beautiful food with lovely staff.

Some meals were better than others. Service was excellent and staff lovely.

First time at the Beehive we had never been before and didn’t feel very welcomed on arrival. We entered through the bar door not knowing there was another entrance and it was of course busy with it been a Sunday. We were asked “what are you’s waiting for” I explained we had a table booked for food and told it’s this way. We weren’t to know since we’d never been before but when seated was never asked if we had been before neither. We were seated right next to the bar and the kitchen service area and there was clearly a lot of tension between the staff… which made it really awkward. One member of staff in particular their attitude towards other staff members around customers made it really uncomfortable. Staff getting told off for talking to one another and to take table orders etc maybe this could have been said out the way of the dinining area where people are eating. Granted it’s busy but there’s still a way to speak to your work colleagues (in a kinder way?). The Sunday lunch food we could not fault it was absolutely delicious and portions were huge, very good value. We have booked a table again for a week day as we really want to try the week day menu. Hopefully it’s not as awkward between the staff and maybe it was just down to a busy Sunday…

We enjoyed Sunday lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary. My husband had the beef and I had the turkey, both were succulent and fell apart. As I don’t like much gravy we asked for the meals to come without and a jug to pour ourselves which was perfect. Never had a disappointing meal yet at the Beehive, well recommend.

Me and my partner were so looking forward to eating here, and looked at the menu for a full week before we arrived! Great choice of food however, we were both disappointed with our meals as some of the food was cold on arrival (steak in the tacos and chips on both meals) Portion sizes were amazing and the staff were brilliant however, for the price we paid, we should have left feeling 100% satisfied and it's such a shame we didn't.

Visited with a friend for tea and a catch up, food was amazing, generous portions, service was great and staff were very friendly, would highly recommend.

Burthday lunch for my partner. Having already been to the Beehive before I had raved about it for weeks. He had his heart set on a naanbab. It didn't disappoint. The food as always was delicious and the service exemplary. I can't rate this place highly enough.

Sunday lunch was excellent. Big portions and really nice. Service was very good, very friendly staff and we didn’t have to wait long.

2nd time visit, 1st for Sunday lunch. The staff and service was amazing, attentive but not over the top. Food was lovely and the portions really generous. The sundaes were beautiful, struggled to finish it all. Will definitely be back.
