Highly recommend a visit! Food was excellent, the Elotes, corn bread and croquetas the highlights from the small plates. The birria tacos were worth the visit alone. Washed down with a spicy Marg, if you not been, get yourself there. Some of the best food Hull has to offer

Came for my partners birthday, absolutely lovely food! The birria was our fave, and the chorizo corn dog. Food came out quickly and the girls were very attentive and helpful. Definitely will be back :)

Having read other reviews regarding Food For Cowboys I was really looking forward to visiting and eating here. However I found while the food was fine we were dumped on a table in the cold window downstairs. Making us feel like we were picking up takeaway rather than dinning in. While sitting we could hear the complaints of the staff team. Our order did not come out at the same time resulting in my partner having to eat his food prior to me recieving mine. I was told at one point by a member of staff that food to order did not always come out at the same time due to being made to order. No where on the menu or within the venue does it make dinners aware of this. I had expected to eat with my partner given we were celebrating our anniversary and his birthday. I heard a number of times how the restaurant upstairs was busy, maybe this resulted in our order being neglected. Overall the food was fine but service lacking massively and I would be cautious about visiting again.

Food was awful, none of it came hot was all luke warm/cold, didnt get no clean napkins or clean knife and forks after courses, waited 30mins for a drink they forgot to bring it, curry tasted like a readymeal and had 1 piece of chicken in it, everyones table got cleared around us and ours never got cleared was just bad service and food all in all would not return and would not recommend

My date and I attended the venue on Sunday 15th Feb. Very helpful on the phone as we were going to be late. Extremely welcoming and friendly when we arrived. Nice decor and ambiance. Opted for all you can eat. Tried plenty of dishes and all were very tasty and well presented. Couldn’t fault the food and I am very picky. Even when finished they said we could have more time in case we wanted more. Top class service and food and so glad we went there and we will be back again for sure !
