Spent a very pleasant couple of hours at The Rising Moon on Sunday. We had gammon and chilli chicken noodles...... a lovely bottle of wine and then couldn't resist the apple and cinnamon crumble............could not fault the food, the service, the atmosphere...........Will definitely visit again and would recommend to anyone to try.......thank you to all at The Rising Moon.

The Rising Moon – HydeI've been coming here for years, Food the cheese n onion pie I had wasn't great, pastry was burnt n hard and the cheese was peppery. I did complain (didn't get a discount) but dud have speak to someone who apologies Everybody else loved there's. TBH I don't normally have a big issue with the food will stick with my braised steak next time. Service is getting better now they've more staff.

The Rising Moon – HydeI came here for lunch with a friend after hearing positive reviews. We had a lovely meal. I am coeliac and the menu was labelled clearly with gf options which was great to see. We shared starters of garlic mushrooms, king prawns and chorizo alongside the halloumi salad and sweet potato fries. There was a lot of food. Everything was a good portion size. All dishes were lovely. Service was excellent. We then went and had a few drinks in the beer garden which had great views. There is a hut to buy food from there too. We will definitely be back.
The Rising Moon – HydeNever had an issue until now. Service was very slow and the food was not up to the usual standard. The bar girl was quite rude. Overall not the best experience we have had. The fish was way over cooked and the chips were still hard.

The Rising Moon – HydeMe, my friend and her son met for lunch here. I requested something altering from my chosen meal, my friend has a chicken Sunday roast and her son had a childrens meal. Service was great, nice and friendly and quick. The meal’s were absolutely gorgeous! I already can’t wait to return!
