Food was ok brisket was nice Staff lovely the young girl Alicia was very attentive and had a smile on her face all the way through Only thing I'd suggest is offering drinks when sat down the girl that sat us just walked off whilst we looked at menu Apart from that we enjoyed it
Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamService was good and staff attentive. Food was mediocre at best. Frozen corn, ‘hot dog’ that was more soggy than snap and chicken that was dry and tasteless. For a smokehouse the meat was poor. The one saving grace was kids ate for £1 or else I would have expected some meals to be credited onto the bill.

Unfortunately it was only okay - food service was rather slow, food was okay (didn’t feel or taste like it had been in-house smoked as it tasted just like supermarket ribs and chicken). Had to chase to order, find out where food was, get bill etc. Overall a bit disappointing

I asked for a Tia Maria and come I actually got a pint of coke with ice, a glass with Tia Maria in and a glass of ice. No coke available , the boys had to have coke zero in bottles. They boys really enjoyed their burger. The barbecue ribs were awful, the thickest, tangiest barbecue sauce we've ever tasted, we couldn't eat it. Chips, corn and coleslaw were lovely.
Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamWell, I booked a table for 2 online, very easy and problem free. We arrived in good time and were shown to our table. We were just left there, no offer of drinks even. I went to the bar to order some drinks where I found no staff. We just left. I can't recommend food as we didn't get that far, service was non existent.

Was initially sceptical of a smokehouse who have Heinz bbq sauce on the tables, should have listened to my gut. We won’t be eating here again

Waitresses did not know what beers were available on the bar and no drinks menu was offered. Disappointed overall.

Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamI don’t normally leave reviews but feel I have to… the first thing I could smell when I walked in was urine, the n we were sat quite close to the toilets. shame really as the food was ok. Place was cold. Seemed like a lot of staff not knowing who’s doing what although very nice & polite 4 people asked us if we were enjoying our meal when they walked past. Bit excessive. Seemed unorganised
