Excellent as always

Great find near Ribby Hall

Really poor food quality - burger patties were worse than a burger van and completely tasteless - food was essentially a standard pub menu with bbq sauce on stuff. Was initially sceptical of a smokehouse who have Heinz bbq sauce on the tables, should have listened to my gut. We won’t be eating here again

We recently paid a visit and found the shortcomings from a previous visit had been resolved. The food was very good and the service was far more professional.

Slow service and no atmosphere. Wings and halloumi very nice but mussels dry. When main courses arrived they were luke warm, meat was average and nothing special. Waitresses did not know what beers were available on the bar and no drinks menu was offered. Disappointed overall.

Been many times and enjoyed food on this last occasions food was over cooked and Nan was barely cooked. Sorry to say will not be returning.

The food was really great

Went for a late lunch chose from the lunch menu which was a great offer. Food was great with excellent service. Looking forward to going again as lots to try.

I don’t normally leave reviews but feel I have to… the first thing I could smell when I walked in was urine, the n we were sat quite close to the toilets. shame really as the food was ok. Place was cold. Seemed like a lot of staff not knowing who’s doing what although very nice & polite 4 people asked us if we were enjoying our meal when they walked past. Bit excessive. Seemed unorganised

An excellent example of North American food, as good as I have had in the US. Very helpful in booking a forthcoming date to return with a wheat intolerant guest.

Excellent Service from the attentive friendly staff. We had the Enormous Beef Ribs and Ceaser Chicken Salad. Looked and tasted great. First visit, but will be back again soon to try out more from the smoke house menu.

Customer service is always great here. Food is lovely, always hot and freshly made. This is our favourite place to eat, and will remain to be so!
