Was tempted to try this pub by the two for one offer. Unfortunately the food really didn't live up to my expectation. I'm afraid I won't be going back unless it gets better. Audrey

The Eagle at Weeton – KirkhamCalled into this restaurant on a wet windy sunday afternoon and it made our day, fantastic food, attentive staff, really comfy, we would def come back and like others we live about half an hour away but its well worth the travel :)
Ashiana Tandoori Restaurant – KirkhamVery nice place the food wasn't fresh Friday night very very small curry dishes friendly waiters very disappointed to Gina hair in my food because I was very hungry would not visit again the end
Buraq – KirkhamExcellent service with good food have taken many people there and on the 30th October I will be taking a coach full of people because of the excellence and quality and value. ARTHUR
Bell and Bottle, The – KirkhamAnother lovely Sunday lunch at the Hand & Dagger. Only problem is I always seem to have the Roast Pork which is just too delish to ignore. Washed down with a nice pint of Black Sheep. Great value.
Hand and Dagger – KirkhamFirst found this place on Sugarvine and now go about every 3 weeks. Last went for my fathers birthday. I had scallops which were very good. Mother lamb shank which she enjoyed. Laid back place and a nice trip out from St Annes.
The Eagle at Weeton – KirkhamIn all honesty, the duck was a little dry which disappointed me a litte (with me being ducklover123 and everything hehe). However, the BBQ spare ribs were cooked to absolute perfection; literally fell off the bone. Congratulations East Ocean!
East Ocean Chinese Takeaway – Kirkhamabsolutely fantastic takeaway! they never fail to balance the flavours out wonderfully, the sauces are divine anyone who thinks any different obviously doesnt have a well sophisticated palette.
East Ocean Chinese Takeaway – KirkhamGreat meal last night with my husband. Service very professional and impressed they spotted an overcharge on the bill before I did and removed it. Food very tasty and full of flavour filled herbs and spices. The food is oily but they use ghee which is far better than oil most Indian restaurants use. Apparently its because this restaurant is Pakistani owned not Bangladeshi like most others in UK. Best in Fylde I would say.
Buraq – KirkhamMost enjoyable good food we go every SundayStaff are a credit see you in two week's off on holiday.Regards Duncan.
Bell and Bottle, The – KirkhamMy wife and families are regulars at this venue due to the food and service being 1st. class.
Bell and Bottle, The – KirkhamBEWARE! The manager does not care! I visited on 21st August, and had the king prawns. Within half a hour I felt Ifaint hot and clammy and very tired. I spent the whole night being sick. I was doubled over and could not stand straight. The next day my head hurt so much I couldn't lift it off the pillow and I could not move out of bed. I had to have the day off work. I am a dental nurse and my dentist had to cancel patients. My husband called into the pub and was told the manager was off and would ring the next day, however the chef insisted the prawns were if anything over cooked. I rang the next night and spoke to the manager who quite honestly did not give a damn. He said he would ring back, I said are you not going to say sorry and ask am I feeling any better? Needless to say I am still waiting for my phone call. I lost 2 1/2lb after eating there, so if you want a fast weight loss this is the place to go.
The Eagle at Weeton – KirkhamMy husband and I, were treated like Royalty here on Sunday evening!! I ordered Cottage pie and my husband ordered Steak. I am very fussy about eating out as I pride myself on my home cooking but I have to hold my hand up and say that this cottage pie was as good - NAY - I might even say better - than mine! Likewise, himself doesn't always enjoy the eating-out experience. However, he was mighty impressed with his steak which was cooked to perfection, which he always says is either over or under done but this one was Bob-on!! The rice pudding after was delicious and very moreish (as the man on the next table was saying) and when we finished, we were as full as an egg. Mine host is warm and hospitable (as are all the staff) and afterwards we can get some fresh air outside by the canal. Altogether a satisfying event. Highly recommended.
Hand and Dagger – KirkhamLovly pub shame about the sandwiches!! Had 2 extremely plain looking roast ham sandwiches, dry bread with a pot of coleslaw... Disapointed as it was £5!! Strongbow was flat too!! Buck up e&c at least a bit of side salad?!?
The Eagle at Weeton – KirkhamVisited ribby hall for weekend and tried this place for dinner. Food was very nice although expensive for a caravan site. I enjoyed my dinner as did the mrs, but the service was not good to start off with. It did improve after a bit so it might be a new member of staff. Still enjoyed my food though.
The Tapas Bar and Restaurant – KirkhamDefinitely one of the best Indian restaurants around, I live in heywood and sometimes travel 47 miles there, it's that good!!
Ashiana Tandoori Restaurant – KirkhamEnjoyed the great value takeaway deal listed above. A tenner for a great Indian meal and delivered!
Buraq – KirkhamThis restaurant advertises special offers that are only available for takeaway not dine in, without any mention of this. They said it was a mistake by sugarvine funny as they've made same mistake on their own website.
