Great food, great service. Will definitely be visiting again!

Quite a few of things on menu were unavailable so didn't have much choice. One person ordered a steak medium rare and came back well done. No offer of re doing the steak. Another member had cold vegetables with her chicken. So first impressions not good.

Lovely atmosphere. Friendly, helpful staff and good food. Great place for a family get together.

This was our 3rd visit and we really enjoyed it again. The menus gave loads of choice, the staff friendly and helpful, the fire was really lovely. Footy on tv was great. Everyone (ages 25 -89) had a really good time. Thanks for a fab start to the festives!

The venue has been restored / renovated to a very good standard. The menu has a good range of foods suitable for those wanting gluten free, dairy free or vegetarian. The staff were extremely polite and could not have been any more helpful. The food was really tasty and very good value for money. I definitely recommend this place.

Six of us for a family meal .Service excellent food brought quickly and all together .Staff couldn’t do enough for us .Enjoyable evening .

We attended yesterday before the football and our food was excellent reasonably priced and the service from the team here was on point I would like to recommend you take a look and also say a big thanks and happy Christmas to all the team

Arrived at 6.45pm and ordered Burger and fries x 2 with the lovely waiter. A few moments later the waiter came back to advise there were no beef burgers or fries left unfortunately. We did pick other items, my friend a pizza, we asked if the pizza was avaliable and yes was answered by the waiter, however he then said we can have the flat bread from the starter menu...so unsure if pizza was actually avaliable. When the food arrived it was lovely and fresh, no complaints. Service was amazing, just a bit dissapointed that of all things, it was fries that were not avaliable.

Finsley Gate Wharf has become a firm favourite for myself and friends to meet up and have a catch up with each other. The food is great and reasonably priced. The staff are lovely and go above and beyond to help in any way they can, making you feel welcome. They're attentive but never rush you. The surroundings are lovely, (especially if you're lucky enough to visit on a nice weather day in the summer). There really is nothing to dislike. Thanks to everyone there who make it what it is.

Beautiful food, excellent service lovely pub will definitely visit again

Visited here a few times over the past few months and everytime it has been fantastic. All the staff are really friendly and attentive and the food is simply delicious cannot fault it at all. Will definitely be visiting again and again ☺️

One of my favourite places to eat. We go regular because we know we are going to get good food. The room is nicely decorated and clean.When its nice they have a nice garden area to sit in. The staff are nice and friendly. Lee the owner got me salad cream in as they never used to provide it so I asked for it and now he has it in which is a bonus for me.

Roast Beef was chewy- Dad took his home for the dog as he couldn’t eat it. One member of our party ordered vegan roast. It came without the Yorkshire Pudding and cauliflower cheese which was to be expected but also didn’t include the green beans which was on the meat plate. Seems harsh to remove 3 items and not increase the veg portions and then charge same price. Also only half of our empty plates were removed after we finished so had to put them on empty table next to us. Staff were lovely but think there needs to be more of them ! We would go back but maybe not for Sunday Roast.

When we walked in there was a really good atmosphere, very busy. We were situated on table 10 which was good , it would have been too noisy in the main restaurant ( a lge party in). Service with a smile the girls were polite and helpful. We went for the Sunday 2 course lunch deal. Food was excellent and plenty of it. Highly recommend the brisket. We will definitely be going again. 5/5
