2nd experience here was our wedding anniversary 1st time we visited we was more then happy 2nd time we was very disappointed only thing good was the service the food was disappointing we ordered 4no cornbread very dry lacking in taste the scallops was not tasty served on rock hard crispy bread the menu is need of a revamp old lacking detail on what you are served the place needs a total revamp to much detail to the open kitchen not the restaurant where is the cowboy theme? Won’t be visiting again

Ate here Sunday evening for the first time. Was seated upstairs, quite empty at first but soon filled up and remained that way whilst we were there. Lovely, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Handed drinks menu to start, would definitely recommend their Margaritas. Great menu of small plates. Asked waitress how best to go about ordering (number of plates etc), her advice was spot on. Enjoyed everything we tried. Would recommend and would go back.

We were very pleasantly surprised and pleased by the high quality of the food served to us. All the dishes were perfectly balanced with rich flavours and cooked with just right amount of spices and herbs. Thanks very much.

Our 1st time at the Brazilian and to be fair it will be my last we got seated and then told about the salad bar we had already ordered drinks at the bar and then waited awhile before they arrived it was quite busy and alot of people was seated. When they guys was coming round with the meat one slice each it was really tough to cut through then after one slice off the skewer was taken off ..the meat was raw and they was still serving it to customers the meat was not good then the chicken thighs came round then sausages then the prawns which was really over cooked the turkey was really dry the bread really dry you only get one servette to wipe your hands on the table was very messy which was not cleared waited ages for drinks then they were that full off ice that it spilled onto the table making it all wet and it was just left it's very over priced and not worth another visit

I went on Wednesday as a treat. Food was amazing but the service was very poor after having ordered 2 serving from the all you can eat. I was asked are you finished or are you ordering more as I want to close the kitchen this was around 21.30 The price was £25 per people so I was expecting alittle more. Will not be going back

As usual, quality food that never fails. A very simple menu that has quality and taste with every bite. And let's not forget the superb array of quality and well presented beers on tap.

Excellent service , excellent food.

This restaurant is fantastic, you must try it if you appreciate authentic Mexican cuisine. The team prepare the dishes with skill & passion which is plain to see in the open kitchen, even the tacos and tortillas are all handmade, this is the real deal. Don't expect those kind of chain store Mexicans where your food is smothered in cheese and sour cream, where they wear sombrero's or they play the cheesy tune from Hawaii Five O if it's someone's birthday! This is honest, flavoursome food featuring iconic Mexican small plates, they certainly know how to recreate the colour & vibe of Mexico on a plate. Me personally, I'm plant based so I can only comment on the vegan dishes and I think we tried all of those. The menu wasn't huge & I didn't see anything vegan on the specials list so I will probably have to wait for a seasonal change in the menu before my next visit so I don't eat the same dishes. It's a wonderful addition to the Hull food scene. ps. I've only rated atmosphere a 4 because the music was a touch loud for our lunch visit, it's lovely inside with some very nice cactii.

Overall experience wasn't great, we got seated and the lady told us to start at the salad bar and she would be across to take our drinks order shortly. She forgot about us and we had to get up and ask for drinks as we had eating for around 20 minutes. When being served our meats one of the servers proceeded to put my fresh cut meat all over my side plate which has prawn shell all over it. Again got forgotten about when wanting to order another drink, when we asked to order pudding (again had to ask ourselves as we got forgotten about) nobody moved all of our dirty plates so asked for those to be moved. The maître d' just overall seem to be bothered about having a chit chat rather than serving & making sure everybody had what they needed. There was a lady and gentlemen behind us that had to ask to order pudding twice. We refused to give the service charge tip because of this.

Had a lovely family meal here last night (Sunday). Had a 3year old with us so went early (5pm) but the place soon filled up. Lovely setting, great staff. Had the all you can eat menu. Lots of choice, lovely fresh cooked food. No complaints from us. Would definitely go back and recommend.

I'm sure the service charge was probably visible somewhere on your menu but the fact that we discussed a tip with the waiter both leaving money on the table and asking if he would receive an addition to the bill and nothing was explained is totally unsatisfactory in any business. What a shame after enjoying our meal
