First class meal, excellent service. Staff very friendly and attentive. A really enjoyable experience.

What a great night! We arrived early, had drinks, then ordered a sharing platter and then 2x plates each plus a couple of sides. That was just the right amount for us. Great selection of dishes and all were amazing. Excellent, pleasant and friendly service. Good VFM… some dishes top end prices bearing in mind the size of the portions. We really enjoyed ourselves, we will be back and we recommend Brooks!

We used to visit Giorgio’s regularly, but having moved away haven’t been for a few years. We visited last night as a family reunion meal after attending our Nana’s funeral. As we always had such fond memories of visiting we wanted somewhere special to come together as a family. To say we were disappointed is an understatement - we were actually quite upset. Good points - the food is still as excellent as always and there’s a great atmosphere to the restaurant. However, perhaps the 2 waitresses, 1 in particular, we’re having a bad day, but we were frankly quite upset how we were treated. Their attitude was appallingly rude. Our waitress barely raised a smile when we entered, sulkily took our orders, slammed plates down, took one of our starter orders wrong - and when we just pointed it wasn’t what we ordered literally scowled at us so we ended up apologising! It felt like she didn’t want us there and we were inconveniencing her massively - her whole attitude was just terrible and horribly rude. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but just a thought - customers are coming to have a nice time - in our case to remember our nana who we had laid to rest that day. We were nothing but friendly and pleasant and were treated disgracefully - to the point our evening was tainted. We did make a complaint eventually after politely pointing out another order had been taken incorrectly and met with another scowl. We were given a round of drinks on the house, which was appreciated, but it didn’t undo the damage. Sadly we probably wouldn’t return after that encounter. Just a reminder how important having engaged and happy staff are I suppose!

Visited little Sicily on Wednesday evening and was a pleasant experience, It started with a nice greeting from the staff all of them were very pleasant, The menu was varied and everything we ordered was very tasty and well presented, Will definitely be visiting again in the near future

Met some friends here for the Early Bird menu. We had a wonderful ending. The staff were friendly yet professional and very helpful. Our order was brought out in a timely manner. The food was really delicious and we all had clean plates and room for dessert. The back ground music was at a low enough level not to interfere with conversation which created a good atmosphere.
