The Royal Oak at Staveley is a traditional pub /restaurant full of charm and character set in a pretty village location. Serving delicious upscale food from an extensive menu and offering exceptional value for money this family run place is a real find.. Friendly and welcoming , truly exceptional food and a great wine list ( with some good suggestions from the very knowledgable bar man )…… …… this place is special.

Lovely food and great service

Little Sicily is our favourite restaurant in Bridlington, the food is always excellent the staff are super friendly and very efficient. Recently went to celebrate an 80th Birthday with 8 of us, everyone really enjoyed the evening, great food and lots of wine made the meal really special. We will be back VERY soon.

I cannot fault a single thing in this restaurant. The food is phenomenal and the service is fantastic. We love Denman’s, it has quickly become our favourite restaurant.

We have had one lunch and two evening meals here recently, Top class food and service in a lovely environment, The steak and ale pie is delicious and we took advantage of the starter and main course deal, The beer is good as well, We will be back.

We came for afternoon tea on Sunday and had a most enjoyable experience. Our waiter was very welcoming and himself and other staff were most helpful and engaging and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. The afternoon tea itself was really delicious with plenty of teapot refills where necessary. The scones were the highlight of the afternoon, warm and fluffy. All in all a memorable experience and would not hesitate in recommending this to anyone else. Thank you to all involved and will be looking forward to coming back again soon.

Friendly pub, with good choice of food.

The food was great, we did ask for a high chair but we never got one it was a good job my daughter would sit at the table.

Had a birthday bottomless brunch here and we all thoroughly enjoyed it! Staff were lovely and they kept our drinks flowing

Fantastic food. More than you can eat. The steak pie is epic! Dog friendly, but well controlled. I can't speak highly enough of the place. Just remember on your way out that the car park is one way.....

Fab time spent with friends pre concert at PieceHall. Great meat & veggie platter boards and sides. Good quality and quantity of food with good service despite being really busy. Atmosphere was great for couples or groups we will definitely go again

Our first visit to Bridlington and our first visit to Little Sicily….and wow we certainly were not disappointed. All three of us ordered pizza, one of us gluten free, and two lots of fries to share. Everything was perfect. The pizzas were cooked perfectly, the restaurant had a great atmosphere and the service was really good. We would highly recommend and definitely come back!

Thoroughly enjoyed both of our evening meals at this hotel in Harrogate. Sal, George, Hannah Alex and Anne were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. The service was excellent, food very good staff were friendly and helpful. We hope to visit again soon. Can recommend this hotel.
