We enjoyed our meal on our recent holiday. The menu was extensive and the service was friendly and efficient. The haddock and chips and cod and chips were excellent. Well cooked with lovely crispy batter and white flaky fish. We shall definitely go back on our next trip to Whitby

Could easily tell theat the manager led by example and it reflected upon her team who were great. The food was fantastic, hot, fresh and tasted delicious. I've always had good food here. Will definitely be returning and would recommend.
The Crown Monk Fryston – GarforthMy husband and I ate in the beer garden, we were greeted immediately and asked where we would like to sit, as it was so warm we chose to eat where we had more shelter, hence the beer garden. The tables were sanitised, the atmosphere was very relaxing you almost felt that you were on holiday, the staff were attentive and we were served our drinks and food very quickly, but with a friendly smile! The food was also great! All in all a lovely experience and we shall be going again very soon!!

The carrot cake was amazing again as were the Whitebate. We were sat outside which is lovely in this weather.
