Bibis Italianissimo – Leeds City CentreMy family and I went to Prashad's for my daughter's 8th birthday as she loves Indian food. When we first arrived, we were greeted with the most warmest of welcomes. The menu looked so inviting and we were spoilt for choice. To be honest, I didn't miss not having any meat on my plate at all, as the food is absolutely amazing with so many spices and tastes. It was simply divine from start to finish. The service was exceptionally good with smiling and friendly faces from everyone. They even made a birthday cake with candles for my daughter where the chef's and waiting staff all came out to sing to her, which made her feel so special. We will definitely be returning to Prashad's on a regular basis as it's simply the best Indian restaurant we have been to. I would recommend it to anyone, even families. If the children don't like spicy food, they have chips on the menu which are also beautiful and fluffy. A fantastic, relaxing evening out for everybody.
Prashad – BradfordThis is a friendly, family pub with excellent pub food at a very good price. There are games facilities, karaoke and 3D Sky TV. Outdoor gardens in the summer. Two large but welcoming bars. Most customers on first named terms. Recommend if you are in the area for the limited but good value meals.
Wawne Ferry – HullFantastic! the bread is the best I've ever tasted. The aubergine dips are sublime... the lamb with dried lime and chips is beautiful. Amazingly friendly staff and so cheap! 100% recommend.
Darvish – RoundhayWe came across Mango Vegetarian not long after it opened while expecting to find their predecessors. We have not eaten anywhere else in Wetherby since. We are not vegetarian, but that is irrelevant as the food is so delicious. We do not live in, or even near, Wetherby but try to plan our journeys south from, or north to, Durham to arrive in Wetherby for lunchtime. (We are trying to think of a way to be in Wetherby in the evening so we can try a meal in the restaurant! The menu looks so tempting.) Our favourite lunch is the Mango Special Wrap, but I'm planning to work my way through the menu. Do try a cup of the Masala Chai, really the best drink to complement the excellent freshly cooked and deliciously spiced food. The kitchen is open so you can watch your meal being prepared. The family running Mango are so friendly and helpful. If you are unsure about what to choose from the menu all you have to do is ask and you will receive good advice. Ask about the decor in the place too! All in all we would highly recommend Mango even if you have to make a special trip to get there.
Mango Vegetarian – Wetherbyhi we came for a superb meal with bob walker last Sunday evening having never tried mandarin palace before we thought how beautiful and fresh the food was we were very impressed and will be booking ourselves in the new year many thanks for a lovely evening.
Mandarin Palace – WorksopI have a huge spice selection and have been cooking Indian food for many years. The meal I had at Prashad blew me away in terms of flavour, service and ambience. It's food cooked by people who understand exactly how to use spices, and do so with amazing effect. The only warning I will give you is make sure to take plenty of people with you, as its great to share 3-4 starters (Pethis, baby puris, kachoris etc) and several curries with breads..I love the pea and aubergine, not to mention the Chole with the masala dosa being a real treat. It was a great end to the meal when Kaushy came to greet us and have a chat, she really makes you feel welcome and I just wanted to give her a massive hug. I will return over and over again without fail.
Prashad – BradfordUnbelievably nice food. I am a dedicated carnivore and I am very fussy when it comes to eating vegetables but not when they're cooked like this! I hoovered up a good portion of the 7 starters we had, the Pethis being a firm favourite, and I enjoyed every single one. We then had the Chole, Pea and Aubergine and Tarka Dahl as well as the Monster Massalla Dosa which really lives up to its name. Staff were friendly and efficient and very understanding of our being late due to the weather. I never thought | would enjoy vegetarian food so much, a completely eye opening experience.

Kebabeesh – BradfordLoved the food at this restaurant....very talented chef who came out and asked if everything was ok...my only bug bare was that there was no alcohol allowed on the premises, bit upsetting for me as i like a drink when eating out.. They do not have a licence nor can you take any in.....BUT do not let this put you off as the food is very good....also very spicy if you like a bit of a kick :-)
Prashad – BradfordWe had a meal at the Three Nuns on Sat evening after a few years of staying away as it went really down hill. The meal was brilliant, two for one, so good pricing. The portions were huge, far too much for us and the food was lovely. We had the Lamb Tagine and the Steak and Ale Pie and they were both very nice and tasty, there is a massive menu with lots of different foods on from Malaysian Red Snapper to The Ultimate Tower Burger! Very nice, wood go again. Very clean, cosy and our little one had lots of fun running around!
Miller & Carter Mirfield – MirfieldHaving watched the Gordon Ramsey programme and having to wait a couple of weeks for a table Prashad was worth the wait for my husband's birthday. The food, atmosphere and everyone working there were brilliant and it definitely lived up to expectations, well worth the 90 mile trip. The birthday dessert for my husband was much appreciated and we will definitely be back..
