I keep finding better restaurants and better food than the Bon Viveur but once you've recommended them to a few people, they seem to loose it. The Bon Viveur is still an excellent restaurant with a very personal touch and is the only one I will confidently recommend. And compared with some of the places pretending to be high standards, it's cheap as chips.

Fantastic food, service and surroundings. Went to a themed Spanish night on a Saturday. Very busy but not too crammed in. Felt very authentic, relaxed and we had a thoroughly fantastic night.

Food was good but the room was narrow and the walls felt very close (it was two table width). My choice for lunch but not an evening meal.(Each to his/her own!) Staff attentive and very helpful. Does serve good food - even oysters!

the fish dish was the best. All the food was excellent and there were no complaints whatsoever. Service was extremely good. Food arrived on time at just the right temperature. For two of us the bill came to around 18 pounds. I even gave them a tip,

i was impressed to see they were serving fresh locally caught haddock, cooked in traditional beef dripping. this is probably why they were the nicest fish and chips i have had the pleasure of eating in years. i was surprised to find that there was baby changing facilities in the gents toilets which i thought was a bonus(well done).

we tried this restaurant on other viewers recommendations and we were not disappointed! we tried the Sunday lunch buffet special and the food was really lovely! and there was loads of dishes to choose from! i am not a sweet toothed person but i was pleasantly surprised by the thai custard something i would not have tried had we eaten from the a la carte menu! yes i would return in the future and would recommend it rate 9 out of 10

what can I say its a fantastic little tapas bar enjoyed every minute of it the staff are very very helpful and the food is the best just allow about an hour wait for a table on a Saturday night if more than 2 people but well worth the wait loved it

The shimla spice in Shipley has a magnificent atmosphere........the food is brilliant....the service is great..........a the food is at a well reasonable price...shimla spice in Shipley is the best place for birthday..........just let one of the waiter know before hand that there is a birthday.......and you just sit back and relax

Been to Chaophraya a few times and never seem to want to go any where else food is just gets better and staff seem to be there for your every need love the restaurant love the food and cant wait to try there Manchester restaurant from what ive seen it just get better

Fab restaurant would really recommend it- food was great- we had starters and mains and the portions are really large so could really have shared! Thought the price was really good- as we also had a bottle of wine and it only came to £30! They have a novelty 'prison' table where you sit surrounded by bars- really novel so time i think we'll get in there.

The Sheffield's Crown & Cushion is a fantastic place to eat. You can choose from special menus, reserve tables and even have birthday partys. The food is good tasting and quite cheap for a restaurant. So come on down to have a beautiful exquisite meal. With a special Sunday menu and of course the wine list for those extra special occasions.

Having eaten at this restaurant for over 18-months on multiple occasions we have never been disappointed with any aspect of the eating experience. I challenge anyone to have a bad night out at this fantastic venue. The service and ambiance are first class! A hidden gem one might say

I have been to this restaurant on several occasions and have never had a bad meal. Cannot praise it enough!
