London prices for Brighouse - not good. One waiter/manager very intimidating and liked everyone to know he was in charge. Good food is not good if you can't relax

Our favourite restaurant, lovely food, extremely helpful staff. Choice of set menus offering fantastic value for money (my recommendation is choice d!) and individual meals too. Only searched on this site today to find a different Thai restaurant as too embarrassed to go back here yet again so soon!

Quite simply the best lightest and spicy Thai food so far, beats the major players locally into second place. Impeccable service and nice surroundings, don't pass this little gem up ! Reasonable prices and well worth it too- welcomes families

Well it? taken me far too long to submit my review for here. I took my boyfriend back in September for his birthday here. Wow. We were greeted by the most friendly of staff, drank at our leisure outside on the veranda in the wonderful setting. Our meal was perfect, very relaxed, beautiful huge king prawns and scrumptious other food. All washed down with a beautiful bottle of wine. I had mentioned that it was my partners birthday when I rang to book the table. They said they'd make it an evening to remember. Boy did they do that. After our main course, we sat enjoying our wine when we heard a big "gong" I completely forgot that I'd told them it was my partners birthday and assumed that this was what happened when people ordered the set meal for 8 or something. Anyway, 8 people arrived with little instruments singing "Happy Birthday", and a banana fritter and ice-cream for us to share. Needless to say that evening is one of our fondest memories and we are looking to return there in May for our anniversary.

I am now a regular at the restaurant it is so good and the prices are affordable. The food is very good and the waiter(s) are very helpful and friendly. We can meet friends in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere without any pressure to eat up and go. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

A brunch trip to R&F is always a treat. First thing you can't do better than a friendly face bearing a wicked big fat veggie breakfast and top coffee. Later on, getting a lunch table can be something of a struggle in the small arcade cafe, but it's testament to the good food, good service and busy but friendly vibe on offer. Well worth a visit.

What a find. This small cafe and deli is a real treat. from coffee and a proper slice of toast cut off a proper loaf with real butter and blackcurrant jam to die for, to hot sandwiches, garden fresh salads including roast beef, tuna olive and red onion, poached salmon and prawns through to home made lasagne, Italian meat balls beef in ale it is highly recommended. The deli counter is a joy to behold, and with nice chilled wines and everything so reasonably priced, you really can? go wrong here. On the main street in Lindley. Park right outside. Excellent.

This is one of the best Indian restaurants I?e eaten in; everything about it is a pleasure. I find it reasonably priced, can get quite expensive if you?e drinking. Would recommend it to everyone. That nice I? going tonight!!!

Had the most amazing meal...nevermind saying the best in Yorkshire, it's the best outside Thailand!!! I always rate a restaurant by saying "would I return" and the answer is a HUGE YES!!!!!

found that restaurant on web. when i seen it I thought it did look beautiful from outside and also inside nicely decorated. the view was fantastic all the castle and tower (14 century). it was the great choose. Apparently it was the one of the best in area i have been told by the taxi driver. the food did not let down the place. you must see and dine in that place. it is a little pricey if you had the specials not more than you pay for a decent and romantic evening, i recommend to anybody looking for a nice place.

It is the best Thai food I have had outside Thailand! Also, the portions are a good size. So many Thai restaurants serve small portions and charge big prices, at Sukhothai the reverse is the case!! "

A great meal was had by all. It was a all you can eat for £15. It was worth every penny

Outstanding food and accommodation. Nothing is any trouble and you are made to feel very welcome. Can recommend the accommodation in the stable courtyards.

My family and I ate at Alfe's recently and we had an excellent time enjoying the delicious food and superb service. I have also dined during the day with colleagues from work and the buffet is great value. I will definitely continue to be regular customer.
