Had to go and ask for wait staff to take our order, extremely cold, had to sit in my coat. Food was fine. Staff were friendly when they arrived.

Table was ready for us. Lovely service from Paige. Food served as requested. Only complaints, tonic water is on tap, not bottled and was flat. It was quite cold in there.

Took some friends who had never been before and loved ever part of the evening. The ambience,the staff and more importantly the food was absolutely delicious the starters,the main and the desserts Will 100% go again.

The food is very good but the night we were there we had a long wait for food. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Good menu choices.

Very impressed with the new place! The great service and excellent food you’d expect with some lovely new additions. Light and spacious dining area and a beautifully cosy snug. Food was amazing: great value small plates and juicy burgers. As always, the rosemary fries were to die for!

Lovely roast turkey lunch at The Kitchen. Very well cooked and presented. Just the right amount on your plate without being left feeling hungry or over fed. I am a regular and will continue to book a table at The Kitchen when I am at Springfields for shopping! Thank you!

The small plates are always great, as are the burgers. With the bar and snug as full as they were, it made for a lively atmosphere but still easy enough to have a conversation.

We ate here after our visit to Winter Wonderland and we had great service. Very friendly staff and our meals arrived quickly. The food was lovely and hot and the restaurant had a very festive look. Great choice on the menu too.

What a fantastic place, great atmosphere delicious cocktails and the food was amazing. Every last detail has been thought of and a lot of money and time has been spent to create such a great bar. Will definitely be back :-)

Great food, friendly staff, lively atmosphere

Had a lovely meal, food was great and staff, although busy, did a great job and were friendly with it.

Excellent food and drink and a great atmosphere- cannot fault it! We will be back!

We didn’t realise that we booked on a deal day so ended up getting 2 x 3 courses plus 2 kids meals and drinks for £60 total bargain. Food was top notch not small portions either great quality and value. They even accommodated that it was my wife’s birthday by added a balloon at the table and candle on her dessert. Very impressive will definitely be back.

Once again a very enjoyable meal at a very friendly place with 1st class food the staff are so friendly and work hard
