We weren’t sure what to expect upon coming here, but I have to say the atmosphere, the waitress and the food exceeded our expectation. I had chicken thighs, but I only had them because they were de-boned. The overall presentation and portion size were just great, and so was the taste.

We met with friends who we hadn’t seen since 2020! We enjoyed coffee then lunch then afternoon tea - service was great with no hassle to leave. 5 hours later we did leave having had a memorable day catching up! Thank you!

Our server for the evening was absolutely lovely, I cannot thank you enough for that. Thank you very much too for being so accommodating. The food was lovely and very reasonably priced. The restaurant itself was beautifully present. Definitely will eat there again. Thank you for having us!

Met with my friend for a catch up . The service was fine . The food however was not great . The chips were just Luke warm and the fish finger sandwich was just ok . It’s a shame really as this is a convenient place to meet due to where we live. This is the second time I’ve been in and the food has not been particularly good. Unlikely that I will return.

Love this place, as always Di and her team were amazing. We were celebrating my sons birthday. Everything was perfect, the food, the service 5 stars. Thank you Di & All The Team at Huckleberry's Bar & Grill for all the special touches for my sons birthday.

absolutely fantastic, love the atmosphere and food was so good!! service was brill too, we had a slight wait as kitchen was backed up, but the girls came up explained and told us and kept us informed, i think one of the girls was training the other, she was patient polite and if i wasn't observant wouldn't of noticed, but they worked well together, she just gave her little prompts Overall place is amazing!!!!

Booked a table for 8 and a little dog for a Saturday evening. Had a fantastic welcome as always. The dog was spoiled rotten and thoroughly enjoyed himself. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was spot on. We will be back again soon.

We went for a friend's birthday meal before a show at The New Theatre Royal. Absolutely delicious meal. Staff so friendly, helpful and polite. I would definately recommend.

Nice meal, waitress was amazing, she could not do enough for us, an asset to Ellenders and deserves a promotion. This was our 3rd visit and looking forward to the 4th.

We visited early dinner 5.15pm on Saturday for my husband birthday meal We loved it ,the staff made you feel welcome from arriving and the service was extremely quick upon ordering. My husband had the chicken wings and ribs I had mac balls and pulled pork it was delicious and hot. Great thing about here is if you are too full there is a great range of dessert to take away too. Definitely be coming back before to long.

I suggested to two friends that we eat At Huckleberries before going to the Theatre and I’m so glad we did. I have eaten here before but for them it was their first time and they were so impressed, not only by the well presented and extremely tasty meals but also by the service we were given. The meal was gorgeous (although I was so full I couldn’t move lol) It won’t be long before I will return. The meals were a good price for the quality and the service you got in a beautiful oldie worldie setting. The pudding were to die for. We all had such an enjoyable time, thank you to all the staff who were really pleasant and so helpful,nothing was too much bother!

Amazing food, fast service. Very friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend and will visit again . Only negative was the dog allowed in restaurant. The dog was very well behaved and no issue . But if it had been a long haired big dog ?? Plus....please do menu in bigger writing!

Went out for a meal with friends, the food was great, everything was very quick, and our waiter Johnny was hilarious!

The restaurant is layed out in a lovely informal way. The staff were very good and looked after us perfectly. The food is great too and very tasty. Couldn't fault them!

Enjoyed our visit for lunch. Very good and diverse menu covering all tastes. Staff were warm and friendly and despite them being busy we never felt rushed to finish our meal. Food quality was very good and prices are about average for what we had. We would certainly visit again.
