Good service and good food
Ellenders – BostonVery impressed with the service and the food .It was my partner birthday so he got his free .We can't fault all of the service staff were amazing..Will came back that's for sure
Ellenders – BostonPie night was amazing, not only were the choice of pies so good, they tasted so good too and massive portions! Excellent value
Ellenders – BostonAttended Ellenders and in a word the selection of pies was amazing and something for all tastes. Well done to the chefs and staff for an amazing night.
Ellenders – BostonHad Afternoon Tea and it was excellent. Food quality was great and the servers couldn’t have been more attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Had to take some of the food home as we couldn’t eat it all.
The Kitchen – SpaldingWe went to pie night, as usual the pie’s were amazing, great quality and large portions! Sadly they had ran out of the most popular pie. Our only complaint was the service, the service was slow on arrival, though we were sat the furthest away from the kitchen and away from the busiest part of the restaurant. When someone did come over they were obviously stressed (apparently due to having no manager) he did come and take our order though as he could say we hadn’t placed ours yet when he bought our drinks over. We placed another order for drinks but that didn’t come until the waitress bought the puds and realised we hadn’t had our drinks. We would go back but the people that came with us don’t want to return
Ellenders – BostonAttended Ellenders for the quiz night and the food for the night was Hunters Chicken and it was in one word delicious. For £10 it was great value for money.
Ellenders – BostonWelcome staff was a bit abrupt and not particularly friendly. Otherwise good service, food was ok but rather overpriced for what it was.
The Kitchen – SpaldingExcellent food and service
Ellenders – BostonFantastic meal, well worth a visit
Ellenders – BostonTook nearly half an hour for the drinks to arrive. Food not good, chips had been cooked and reheated. Service appalling, plates scraped at the table.
The Kitchen – SpaldingA very enjoyable lunch - as usual - and a reasonable price by today's standards.
Ellenders – BostonExcellent lunch with the grand kids. They always enjoy Boston sausage and mash . My wife enjoyed the beef and venison tray bake loaded with tasty meat. Took advantage of their great February February 2 for £25 mains offer and free bottle of wine. Fantastic deal and meal.
Ellenders – BostonLovely valentines meal. The room was decorated with red heart balloons and the ambience was romantic with subdued lighting and candlelight. We were greeted with a pink Prosecco with a strawberry in the glass and the food was superb. The ‘love at first sip’ cocktail was delicious. All in all it was a very enjoyable evening.
Ellenders – BostonSo we came on Friday 14th February, the food was,,10 out 10 , the staff was more happy to talk to table of staff that had night off, drink cola behind the bar
The Kitchen – SpaldingAmazing food. Cooked to perfection. My 10oz Stake was one, if not the best Stake I ever had in more than 20 years. I will be back asap,to dive again.. I will have to prove to my self,I wasn't drunk or dreaming... Even garnish was top top...,my wife greek food top top, disert couldn't be finished...(top top)... Chef ,congratulations and staff aswel. Keep it up and see you soon
Ellenders – BostonHad a really good Sunday dinner. We have eaten in most places serving Sunday dinner and yours rates in the top 2. Value for money and service was good too.
The Kitchen – SpaldingService excellent. Tasty food. A good choice and very good portion sizes. Slightly disappointed that I had mentioned the poor quality of a portion of the chicken breast (which had a large vein running through it), which the staff had addressed with me at the time. However, as that particular part of the meal wasn’t good quality, I thought not offering a slight discount or maybe dessert for free was a little disheartening. Shame really as I’ve been here before, and came back expecting the same quality food.
