We had a great time at the kitchen the meal were delicious amazing, we were celebrating our granddaughter 21st birthday we had a great time and would like to thank all the staff. The service was great the atmosphere was quiet just how we like it. And good value for money.

An enjoyable meal for 10 ladies out for Christmas lunch. Had booked on line but had to telephone to place orders in advance so should have been no delay in service. We did wait a while for them to realise we had all arrived. Once, I, as organiser got things moving the meals arrived quickly and were hot and enjoyed by everyone although some mentioned vegetables were hard and underdone. For a Monday it was extremely busy and very noisy. The service was friendly but perhaps could have been more efficient. But as said previously was extremely busy.

Came here on Sunday and both had the triple meat roast, everything was lovely apart fro the vegetables being harder than you would expect which made us both leave some. The young staff member was lovely with our little boy, made him a balloon and was very polite.

To be honest it was one of the best meals I had, the food was all very hot and very good portions sizes. Feel like the food was prepared to order and not prepared earlier. Will definitely be going back

We were a group of 6 on a busy Saturday lunchtime. The service was excellent and waited only a few minutes for our food. The food was well presented and good value.

We were a group of 6 pre booked. We were shown to our table and from there everything was 10 out of 10

We have always enjoyed our visits to Ellenders and their pie night certainly didn’t disappoint! Our compliments to the chefs! Excellent service from the staff who are always very polite.

Ideal location for a meal while visiting Springfields. Our booked table had been given to someone else but luckily plenty of room at that time. Sunday menu seemed limited if you didn't want roast but enjoyed the food we selected.

We regularly go to Ellenders as club once a month. This month we booked our "early Christmas meal." We pre-ordered 22 meals and once we arrived at 7pm we all had our food by half past 7, all hot, delicious, every meal correct and every meal out!! It was fantastic!!! Great service as always and a wonderful welcome which is great! The food is always of a great standard, especially the loaded fries!! Thank you for a great evening!!

It was very busy when we went in on Saturday lunchtime. I would recommend booking. We had booked but got in a bit earlier as we'd finished our shopping. We were seated straight away thankfully. Service is friendly and efficient. Food was brought out in good time considering how busy it was. We both had vegetable burgers with chips and it was just what we needed for a pit stop. Drinks are brought over quickly. The overall bill was I guess about what you'd expect for these days when you think about staffing costs and higher food prices.

Regretfully disappointed . Service abismal waitresses talking doing very little whilst others rushed off their feet. Food has deffinaately gone down hill, edible but not delicious and as with nose things prices up. Doubt if we will go there again unless they buck their ideas up.

Absolutely gorgeous atmosphere, service, food and drinks Staff were wonderful, attentive, polite . Food was amazing hot , not a slow service and so tasty. Great quality Will deffo book again
