First time in this preserved Victorian pub. Great little place visited by many stars over the years. Pizzas and Scouse very tasty, good value. Will go back again. So much history . Stepping back in time.
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreThe food was lovely. Unfortunately let down by very slow service, we wanted more drinks and dessert but didn't get the option It took the team 20 minutes to get the bill.

Souvla – Liverpool City CentreWe had dinner last night as a family of four and i have to say we all loved our food and drinks. The service by our waitress was really good and she really looked after us. We will dine again.
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreWe booked a table at Ma Egerton's yesterday, following the matinee show at the empire. We went with four adults and 2 teenagers. The food and service was outstanding. Lovely chilled pub. Our 13 year old daughter has coeliac disease so ordered a gluten free pizza. She said it was amazing. Recommend both the pizza and Scouse, both really tasty. We will definitely be back! Thank you!
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreAbsolutely excellent food. Everything was beautifully cooked with obvious care and good service. The meatballs were especially good and the texture of the chocolate brownie was perfect. We had a very enjoyable late lunch and will definitely go back for dinner soon.

Souvla – Liverpool City CentreAbsolutely love the Scouse and such great value. Hubby and friends loved the pizzas. Great little pub with a good atmosphere. Would recommend booking a table if there’s a group of you as it gets busy; sign of a good pub!
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City Centre1st time, won't be our last. Gorgeous food, massive portions and friendly staff. This place has a lovely Mediterranean feel. Recommend the mushroom starter and the complimentary chocolate brownie was delicious. 5* for me.
Souvla – Liverpool City CentreDidnt get to eat, we were running a little late due to traffic and got into the restaurant at 6:10 we were then left waiting for someone to come to eat to be seated, we were ignored untill 6:17. When I gave my name amd told them we were alittle late they said that there is only a 15minute grace. To which I tried to say we arrived at 10 past, he just walked off and the proceeded to just ignore us and book in other people. This was shocking service and no real explanation as we areived in the 15 minutes Grace but were just ignored.
