Great atmosphere, seated relatively quickly. Very busy. Food was tasty but very stodgy. Had indigestion all evening!! Fine for a quick pre-show bite to eat.

Had a wait at door even though we’d booked but once in food was tasty. Service was good.

We had a really enjoyable evening at the Hardman Street restaurant. The restaurant has a lovely feeling - bright and airy. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. Great value for money. It was our first time however we will return.

What a gorgeous find - we will definitely be back! The restaurant was buzzing and we had the perfect table to suit one of the party with mobility issues. The menu was great for veggies too and we thoroughly enjoyed what we all ate. The hot fudge sundae was amazing! Good choice of drinks too … we went for the solero colada which was beyond yummy. Staff were attentive but didn’t pester and we weren’t rushed through our meal even though the restaurant was really busy with happy diners.

We went to Ma Egerton’s for our tea before going to Liverpool Empire for a concert. We both had Scouse in a Yorkshire pudding which we both thought was delicious. The food was hot & tasty and great value for money. We will definitely come here again

Staff all very friendly, food is great and very good portion sizes for the price you pay. Went once on the spur of the moment and now it’s one of our favourites!

We both really enjoyed our meals last night. I had thw chicken greek salad which was the heartiest salad I have ever had and totally delicious. My husband had the chicken gyros and he lived his meal too. The staff were very friendly and attentive and gave us complimentary pita and dinky puddings too.

Been a few times now , good has always been lovely, I had scouse, friend had share board so nice, absolute value for money. Staff are very friendly and professional, definitely be back again.

Very impressed with our experience, we booked a table as we were travelling from Nottingham for WWE. We had to changed this 30 mins before the time due to traffic, staff were very helpful and changed our allocation to a later time. Staff were also very helpful when we arrived, helped with making space for an electric wheelchair and made sure we were seated comfortably. Food and drink were amazing, thanks again!

‘What’s Cooking?’ Albert Dock is becoming one of our greatly anticipated special treats whenever we go to a show at the M&S, because it’s AMAZING! Our booking was at 5pm & it was ‘buzzing’ with people & great atmosphere when we arrived in peak time. Service was EXCELLENT- really friendly, witty & lovely staff throughout, our drinks came, food ordered & at our table within 10/15mins. Perfect amount of attention from staff (but not too much). The food was BEAUTIFUL- 1 bacon stack & 1 vegan one, both incredible, with a huge variety of choices available & cheeky add-ons too. I pre-booked online because of my disabilities & was chuffed to discover that they listened to my personal needs & were so considerate- just BRILLIANT! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH ‘What’s Cooking?’ Albert Dock Team for getting our special Auntie:Nephew birthday night off to a FANTASTIC start! We’ll see you soon

Always amazing- this time we came ahead of going to a show , we shared the fish platter - just right and like always service to the food , never disappoints .

My wife's meal was inedible unfortunately. The sizzling veg fajitas weren't sizzling on the hot plate. It came cold with the veg swimming in its juices as if it's been left out for some time before serving. When we told them, they took it away and brought back 2mins later like it was microwaved. Not given fresh. It had to be taken away again but did not want a replacement as was put off. Wouldn't come again. Such a shame as I was looking forward to it as used to go the one in Knutsford. The server was lovely however.

2nd time and not disappointed... good is great, generous portions and a super price. We had schnitzel loaded fries, gyros and souvalaki, all really tasty and hot. Will defo be back
